Absolute scammers, pls read the reviews. Ordered flowers and engraved vase for a wedding present. They did not deliver the vase and are now saying they don't sell them. They said they added extra flowers but they delivered the same amount as the picture on the website. Just no vase. How they can advertise this and not actually sell it is beyond me. Please please don't order from this website. Any positive reviews I would suspect are bots. The after sales service is a via whatsapp and barely responsive. Again, DONT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered the flowers worth more than 2000 AED 10 days ago. Still no flowers received. I requested a refund but the WhatsApp customer service never replied.
Beware!

Update- received part of my refund today after threatening to complain to authorities. Waiting for the other part of the refund.

The order wasn’t delivered, the customer service couldn’t care less. To get a refund I had to complain to consumer rights

The flowers I ordered did not correspond to the picture of the website.

Additionally the golden vase included had been replaced with a very ugly green one without my consents.

After complaining to the customer service the team didn’t even bother to reply.

So overall a very unpleasant experience!!!

I ordered flowers as a birthday gift, but on the day they were supposed to be delivered, I was contacted and informed that they didn't have the flowers. I tried to cancel the purchase, but I received no reply and was never notified about the cancellation or whether the delivery was completed. This is terrible customer service, and I believe this is a scam. Be careful!

Terrible company took my money and didn’t deliver flowers told me they would refund and continued to ignore me there after. I never got my refund or my flowers!

Terrible experience with Goflower. Ordered some flowers for a birthday which were in stock on their website and chose same day delivery. They then messaged to say they actually didn’t have them. Bouquet was delivered a day late, in the afternoon, with the wrong card - since I hadn’t heard from the recipient I called to check. I then called goflower to ask for the correct card to be delivered which they said they would do. They never did, despite my calling several times. Pathetic customer service. Would never order from them again. Expensive and worse than every other florist I’ve used in Dubai. Don’t bother.

Never order anything with this company! It’s a scam! They never reply the phone calls, not emails!
Ordered flowers in the morning, received a confirmation but it has never been delivered. And no one replies to update with the order!
