Bought 2 scooters over the past year and both have broken. I have attempted to contact them numerous times and been to the store which is in the middle of nowhere.. no-one was there.
Scam company, do not buy from here.
I now have 2 broken scooters, both with warranty that I cannot use.
I purchased a scooter from this company 1 month ago. After only 1 hour of use, an error message occurred and the scooter would not work. I tried immediately to contact them through numerous emails, messages through facebook and by telephone without any replies. After waiting 1 month, I have now had to report the company formally in the hope that I will be able to get some kind of reimbursement for my purchase.
I contacted this company several times via phone and e-mails sent weeks apart. No answer to anything. Although I got a very fast answer before I actually bought something. Now, when I need to return a product, as per EU regulations, no answer.
The only option left is the Danish Consumer Ombudsman.
Grt service ! Within 30min they change by tire and give it to me !!
Customer service are so good and polite !!

Got my parts real quick, next day actually! But...
But then after about 10-15KM the new front wheel started to vibrate and hum real loud, while it turned crazy hot!
I agree with the quality of the parts as some other reviews, I ordered 3 things. Main board, front motor and front light.
Motor is now dead, and the front light is simply just a terrible fit for the m365. The plastic on top dosent fit properly anymore, since the new lamp is a tiny bit bigger.
It seemed that the gofast personel was indeed ill, and as soon as they were back on track they immediately solved the issue. I do recommend gofast! :)

I have ordered a GX4 scooter that arrived with a defect disk brake, a small dent in the metal frame that was covered with a black marker, stop light not working. I emailed them and they told me to send it back for repair, and i told them that is totally unacceptable to get a 2nd hand scooter for the price of a new one. They insisted that was their policy and after i asked for my money back they decided to send me a new scooter.(i specifically asked them to make sure QC is met so we avoid further problems). This one still doesn’t go for a “brand new 3000kr” scooter in my opinion (the 4 screws that were supposed to be in a plastic bag were loose in the box, the info from the app shows it was used for almost 2 hours and 2.5 km) but i have decided to keep it since it was a bday gift for my girlfriend and was already delayed because of the first one. I would not recommend this to no one else.
***UPDATE***
Today was the first day my girlfriend actually tried the scooter. After not even 2km she got an error saying “throttle hall anomaly”. After that, the scooter does not want to move at all. I will ask for a refund and did not think it’s possible for you to have such a low quality products! Totally disappointed with this!

We are very sorry to hear about the experience, you are telling about.
We´ve been in contact with our manufacturer in Germany, all scooters have been tested before shipment. So they might have one or two kilometers, but that has only been done inside the factory.
We do not ship used scooters to any of our customers.
We would like for you to contact our customer service, if there is anything else that needs to be sorted out.

Unbelievable incorrect company. First they take the money Second they don't have on stock.It means they use your money to by . Third they are late with more than 2 months.And than they say that the order is not sent yet!?!? And if you want your money they are playing as if they don't have your order Nr.Just few more days to keep my money Smart ha
