I’m honestly really frustrated and want to warn others.
I ordered tires that were clearly listed as “in stock” and booked an appointment (which is already hard enough to get these days). Then I waited two full days with no updates. When I finally reached out, they told me the tires were actually not in stock.
Stock errors can happen — I get that. But making a customer wait for two days without any communication, only to find out the order can’t even be fulfilled, is just unacceptable.
This kind of unpredictability and lack of respect for customers’ time is not okay. I wouldn’t recommend this retailer to anyone.
