Scam?
I placed an order on 1st April and I don´t have any news from them. I sent 2 emails and got no answer at all.
Very disappointed they would use such an ethical name just to keep your money....

Is this a scam website?
I ordered something almost 1month ago and was promised a delivery date. It was meant to be a special giftg for a very important day. Now almost two weeks since my order date i've sent 4 emails and tried calling multiple times and have yet to receive any explanation as to where the package is, where my money has gone and no apology. Terrible service. Nothing ethical about this website at all.

I placed an order on 5th December for a Xmas present. It's now 20th December and I have heard nothing since the confirmation email. I tried emailing the 'seller's email' given in the confirmation and got an automated response that the email didn't exist. I then tried emailing the official GoEthical mailbox nearly a week ago and haven't had a response.

I'm getting concerned that it's a scam website and I'll never get the items I paid for. I would advise to avoid it!!

Love the products. Still have a glass soap dispenser in my bathroom 2 years after initial purchase. Using sustainable products brings me pleasure.

I invested in this company via crowdfunding in 2020.
Have not heard a peep since?
Name changed to Go Ethical...when ? No info to shareholder??
Has my investment evaporated or does it still exist?

Have spoken to Goethical recently via email.
Admin has been sorted and amendments made.
V happy with response from company and action taken.

I do not understand how this company has so many good reviews. If they used to do well in the past, they are definitely struggling now judging from the last review on this page.
I placed an order on the 10th November and as of today, 30th November, I still haven't received the order. The company is saying the product is out of stock - they cannot say when it will be available and they are unresponsive to my requests of cancelling the order.
Stay away from them.

Always struggled to find ethical brands that were affordable and truly sustainable. GoEthical makes it super easy to shop ethically, I've found some lovely brands through their app!

I was really impressed by the mystery box I received - everything is so useful for everyday and it was packed full! I discovered new brands and got to try out items I hadn't experienced yet, and found some new favs too. Really recommend for anyone trying to minimize waste and practice eco friendly living.

I have recently decided to start taking into account how sustainable and environmentally friendly products are before purchasing them. It's quite daunting not knowing where to start but after discovering GoEthical it has become my go to for Ethical and sustainable products. It has a very wide range of products that are reasonably priced. The sellers ship fast and are vey responsive whenever you have any queries. The app is easy to use and has a very nice interface. They also tend to release new features quite frequently, which has made the app quite fun to use for me.

A great app to support small businesses. The GoEthical app makes it so much easier to find great quality brands that are sustainable, that have made great gifts or swaps to daily products I usually use.

Great products and surprisingly fast delivery. Love having somewhere to shop that is completely ethical so I don’t have to research everything in my own time. The branding is also really slick and easy to navigate unlike other eco minded shops. Highly recommend and can’t wait till Go Ethical is the next Amazon with morals.

A great choice of ethical and artisan products. I wanted to buy a small gift ended up buying six products. Keep adding more products.

I wanted to swap some of my toiletries for eco alternatives and found GoEthical to be the perfect place to start. Not only did I find what I needed but found alternatives for other items I previously I didn't know were bad for the planet! I found the value system particularly helpful. Looking forward to ordering more with them 😊

I've been using the GoEthical app for a few months now and it makes ethical shopping much easier. Perfect for browsing for gifts in confidence, knowing that I'm supporting small businesses that have similar values to me!

The products i've purchased so far (water bottles and candles) have been of fantastic quality and the range of sellers is great. I trust their vetting process, unlike some other competitors.

Superb app concept focusing on sustainable shoppers and brands that can all be found in the same place. Really easy delivery and the products ordered were great quality at a great price. Will be ordering from here again in the very near future.
Also like how a % of the revenue is donated to charity.
