A disastrous experience with God of Cards

I placed an order with God of Cards for four Pokémon 151 Korean displays worth 152.25 CHF. Since then, my experience has been nothing but a series of problems and a complete lack of customer support.

Delivery mishandled by DHL
The package was delivered to the wrong address by DHL. The photo provided by DHL clearly shows it was left in a building that doesn’t match my address or name. DHL admitted their mistake and requested that I provide the seller with the necessary forms to claim reimbursement or request a replacement.

No response from God of Cards
I reached out to God of Cards multiple times, providing all the evidence (DHL’s photo, emails confirming the error, and the required forms). To date, I have received no response from them. They have completely ignored my emails and refuse to take the necessary steps with DHL to claim reimbursement and refund me.

Dishonest and disrespectful behavior
Rather than taking responsibility and resolving the issue, God of Cards simply referred me back to DHL’s tracking number, as if that resolved anything. This shows a blatant lack of respect and concern for their customer, despite the fact that I provided all the documents and proof they needed.

Conclusion
I am left without the displays, without a refund, and without any meaningful response from God of Cards. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Cards were not Soo good 🥴;

My son was disappointed in receiving the cards and after he had unpacked them (in all 6 packages was only 1 that was "good") - but the shipping and the way it arrived was all great - no worries. it was my son's reflection of being disappointed, but I guess it's all part of the game. If you like I can give it a 5 star (parent correction, since the right booster packs arrived in good quality and withing the promised 2-5 working days).

Product wasn't sealed and cards were replaced but the response from the customer service was Quick and i was reimbursed.

Quick communication by from the beginning, quick delivery in good conditions. I recommand and will probably buy again.

very fast delivery from Germany to Denmark. Package was 4/5, the booster packs were loose in the package even tho there was paper as filler inside, but luckily no damage.
