Outstanding customer service

The sweatshirt was exactly as described and came in a timely manner. It is adorable!!! Also had a problem with stitching on one number and contacted the seller - they responded within a few hours. I had no preconceived notion of a positive result but the sweatshirt is being replaced. What outstanding customer service!!!

I gave 5 stars but would've given 10 if…

I gave 5 stars but would've given 10 if it was an option. I'll start with the product itself. I ordered a GiGi Claus sweatshirt. The quality of material was better than expected. Very well made. I ordered in time for a Christmas present for my wife. During tracking, I realized it was delayed. I emailed godmerch for assistance. Not only did they respond immediately, they did what they could to expedite the shipping and I received in time for Christmas. Not only will I be a returning customer, I encourage you to as well. 10 stars!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! It ordered well over $300 in sweatshirts under the impression (because of pictures of the merch) that the sweatshirts were Gildan brand. They are not. They are low quality and shrunk A LOT (down at least one size, maybe two) when I washed them. (I did not dry them because I noticed that they shrunk.) The only reason I gave this shop a 2 is because the design is cute. I almost didn’t give the sweatshirts as gifts because I was so embarrassed.

Are they out of business and still taking money???

I placed an order on 12/7 and got a notification that the order was ready to ship on 12/11. According to the tracking number provided, the package has not been picked up yet! I have emailed them several times and cannot get anyone to answer me back.

I purchased a hooded sweatshirt for my wife on December the 11th and a USPS shipping label was created on the 13th and it still hasn’t updated shipping so I called and it went to a voicemail which said was full and couldn’t accept anymore messages so I sent an email and haven’t gotten a response yet! Getting worried I got scammed here

Not sure what to think

Not sure what to think, cant get a hold of anyone for an update on my order...

Ordered a sweatshirt on 12/8 and charged same day. USPS shipping label was created on 12/10, but USPS doesn't have the product and I cannot get ahold of anyone at Godmerch... I really hope I can get my product before the holidays.

Update from a few days later… a representative reached out, apologizing for the delay and asked I check back in a few days. It’s been a few days and I’ve had two additional follow up emails ignored. In the off-chance they are getting this feedback, please advise when I can expect my merchandise or refund me.

My order said that it has been waiting since 12-4 for usps pickup. No answer when I call just that their mailbox is full and no one has answered by email. I assume I have lost my money! Very disappointed

Godmerch is heaven sent

I could never put in to words the amazing experience I’ve had with Godmerch, but I’ll try. I randomly got on social media to pass the time, and a Godmerch ad popped up. It was the perfect idea and perfect timing. This holiday season my mom wasn’t feeling her best and wanted the closeness of family. We couldn’t all be there so I figured this personalized sweater with all of our names would be perfect. Excitedly I left off a name and had to reorder, but the kindness and professionalism from their customer service staff was EXCEPTIONAL! I was nervous because online shopping and personalized orders can sometimes be hit or miss but this was by far the best customers service I’ve ever experienced. From communication to compassion…everything was heart felt. Not only did they rectify MY hiccup with ease… they also presented fast delivery service and the sweater is GORGEOUS! Godmerch thank you a million times over. This is the hardest holiday season for my family and I never expected to be reminded that on the other end of a screen, whether it be a mobile device or computer, are compassionate people who genuinely enjoy what they do. I’m so glad that I did and I’m glad it was with this company. It may seem small, like a regular order but THIS order may be the last Christmas sweater she’ll be able to wear and because of your kindness she’ll be able to enjoy it and I’ll always remember the amazing people who made it happen. So thank you and I pray your business continues to grow and more people are drawn to you all because in this busy and hectic world…you all remind us that kind and caring people are still out there.
