I ordered a package paid $70 but never got it! I contacted them my email ( no phone) they said it Was delivered and to ask my neighbors ! Give me a break I have 1200 apts next to me

Well I fell for the hype with this company and ordered a bible from GBTUSA.COM they took my money but no bible, tried contacting them on their email address 2 different times but got no response, contacted my credit card company and was told they are a window, drywall company!!! Will be canceling my order, please don't get fooled think before you order.

This review is being updated because I found out that it was the post office that messed up. I should have known. They sent it back to the sender saying that there was no such address. The address was correct. They crammed it into my mailbox so hard I can't get it out. My recommendation is to ship with anyone but the USPS.

Ordered my Bible on Nov 7 2024, and have not received it yet. I have read the reviews and believe it is a scam. I have written twice and will wait for a response again. It's sad because I respect Donald Trump and Lee Greenwood. Hard to believe they would scam me.

Zero receipt or confirmation emails. No reply from contact form or support email. Seems like I got scammed.

I ordered two bibles well over a month ago and haven’t received either of them. They said through an email that they have no orders under my name, email or phone number. I even sent a SS of my account showing the money was taken out and the date I ordered…yet nothing. I talked to my bank today and the phone number that’s connected to the company (629-292-1420) is invalid. I wrote a third email since that’s all we can do and if I don’t hear from them by Monday I’m having my bank intervene. Completely unacceptable considering I’m buying bibles!!

I ordered two and Three months later still hav not received either one. Sent a email they sent one back say they will ship soon. If you read the site questions and answers say operated and owned by a veteran. Well I’m a Veteran of 24yrs and just got taken didn’t even get a receipt.

Never received the bible I ordered AND PAID for ! I have attempted x 3 to correspond via email as they do not have a phone number available for support. The company has yet to respond which leaves me little option other than disputing the charge with my bank. I am waiting for a response after the third and final attempt, before I dispute charges in hopes for a positive outcome. I just looked at my bank statement and the phone number that is posted 629-292-1420 is useless as it has an automatic voice message that directs you back to the support email??? Not feeling too good about this site right now.....

They never acknowledged my order of March 3 even though they charged my card, the $60 Bible with Bill of rights, etc, included. Five days later I called my card and reversed the charge successfully. Today April 13 I got email saying order was probably canceled due to card being rejected. Godblesstheusa.com, their email address was absolutely the ONLY contact information on the email. No link or offer to try again to order, no logo, no address, no phone number, not even a first name of the sender. The sender's email name was God Bless the USA Bible.
