There has been problems with the IBV connecting sometimes it just sit and spins. I have to try a few times? Customer service is pretty quick though in making decisions.

Okay company
Decent company but trying to get the renewal reviewed could take a whole day, sometimes 48 hours. Very slow in reviewing.
Edit to add - They keep saying the same thing that they would be faster every single time, it's slow as molasses. Not sure why they advertise as being "quick". 24-48 hours is not "quick" compare to other companines

Don’t depend on them to get you out of an emergency, sometimes hours, sometimes days. Other companies are much more user friendly and wait times are significantly less. Also here they make you do most things twice

Weekend issue
