There has been problems with the IBV connecting sometimes it just sit and spins. I have to try a few times? Customer service is pretty quick though in making decisions.

After having lots of loans with GoDay they usually don't trust you even with so many loans with them and once they realise you're a returning customer they only give small funds. And the weirdest thing is that you fill the application and get approved which is not the true as they get back to you with way lesser amounts with numerous emails. Did not like this experience.

In recent there was a significant delay…
In recent there was a significant delay with receiving funding which I tried to advise customer service there’s a tech error and something is wrong I had to wait 5 hours which is unusual as they are generally pretty fast and straightforward. My requested amount and amount received was a big gap . However the process is usually quick and straight forward . This delay has occurred once in a blue moon but customer service is usually on top of things just not this recent time.
