Whilst i can appreciate being offered…
Whilst i can appreciate being offered the option yesterday to Reset my account prior engagements were a little difficult. I had a debt that needed to be sorted and was hoping through the messages I asked to be noted that the right people would be in touch in due time and if possible during my break times or after work as i work in a busy ward at the hospital, i missed a call outside of those times and was sent a text and email that my car would be demobilised. When i ring after work i explained the same conversation I'd been trying to have with the Hardship team for 3 weeks and was once again made to wait 30-40 minutes whilst being transferred to a team that was understaffed or had actually left for the day keep in mind I am only assuming that was the case after only being told that yesterday, so yes thank you Edward for your help yesterday Iam very grateful.
