Horrible so late I dislike them no plug in charge I’m not doing this again

I have previously traveled this route 8 times prior to (today).
I am writing a review because I am so impressed with the driver.
So is my family of 6 from traveling at 5:30 from NYC.
Kamal the driver, from the beginning when he walk up to us treated us as if everyone were Royalty. He made everything possible for a great ride. His bedside manners are over the top and driving abilities are incredible.
I have never encountered a driver so well trained and polite that goes above and beyond to make sure that we have a great experience.

I took this bus roundtrip from NYC to Manassas, Va. I have 2 complaints. I couldn't use the wifi on the way down. Also on the way down the restroom was unusable in my opinion. It was dirty and the toilet appeared clogged. If a short rest stop was made this would not have been a problem. I had to hold my waste until I reached my final destination. If I had been someone with bladder issues that would have been a problem. So, I didn't even attempt to use the restroom on the return trip.

on the way down to NYC,from Boston, there was no had sanitizer and T-paper.
on the way back no Wifi.

The bus was very comfortable and quiet but was at least an hour and a half late for both trips, neither of which were during rush hour. The routes could have avoided roads under construction.

We loved our driver and his service and driving. This was the best bus we rode due to cleanliness, roominess and amenities like cupholders. The only thing possibly missing was charging ports.

Very good experience with a reasonable price, but traffic is always an issue.

There was no WiFi either on the outward or return journey. This was upsetting and disappointing.

The bus had on extremely cold air both ways. On the way back from manhattan to Tysons, the bus was 40 minutes late in departing.

I’ve been using Gobus from Vienna,VA to NYC for several years and really happy with it. I took it today on May 31 at 5:30 from NY to VA and it happened to have the same driver for the fifth time. Bus is very clean, comfortable, price is reasonable, great customer service, and always on time. I highly recommend GoBus to anyone. Thanks

They were quick to refund the cost of my ticket when I had to cancel my trip from Boston to New York due to Coronavirus concerns.

We had a long ride from NYC to Newton MA, due to many construction works done on the way.
The driver was good, responded well to all these distractions, and led us safely to our destination.

Gobus sucks and they scammers too
I bought a ticket on Saturday and i was supposed to go to Columbus Saturday at 5:55 got there exactly 5:55 but there was knw bus at the bus station so on Monday i ask them if they can refund my money since i got there at the exact time but there was knw bus there i was told that they won't do that.

I'm devasted to write this but I have to spread awareness about this. I have been using the metro since I was a kid and had no incidents with it UNTIL today. I was boarding the bus when I got told that I was lazy as the others had their card out while I had to grab mine out of my bag, and I was so lazy as I was on my phone before. I know that someone else was on their phone at the time and didn't experience the same. Plus I had my card out but since that bus was late I put it back for safekeeping. This incident left me in tears and ruined my perfectly good day.

Check in/boarding a little confusing, disorganized.

Seats felt tight, a little uncomfortable. People talked loudly a lot. Good price

No lighting in bus, including the bathroom!! Will take a day trip with natural light shining...

Go Bus not found at Pick Up Address
I was unable to travel with go bus tickets purchased on the morning of August 7th, 2020 due to inability to locate bus at the address provided for pick up (Cambridge station, MA) prior to departure time. I tried calling customer service twice before 7:30am (departure time) but did not get connected to a representative to help give more directions to locate bus. No signs/directions were posted around pick up area to help find exact location of bus within the station. I walked around the station but could not locate bus. For this reason,I am requesting a refund of $77 (3 tickets) paid because I arrived at station 15-20 minutes ahead of departure time but missed trip due to lack of directions on bus location by Gobus
