Horrible company
Horrible company. They resell returned products from other companies and then stuff the torn bags into a poorly made box. When you complain, they (or at least their AI) promise refunds that they never deliver. Eventually you will file a chargeback with your credit card company and they will get you to reverse it, because the refund is coming. It never does. The chargeback is their refund policy. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!

We take this seriously and want to be clear for anyone reading this.
The $255.55 was deducted from our account on September 25th — that money left us through the chargeback process. We did not withhold it. If it has not appeared on your card, the dispute was processed through American Express and they hold the funds during the resolution period. Contacting Amex directly with the September 22nd dispute reference will give you the full picture.
We have over 10,000 customers worldwide and refund every legitimate case — always. We are not perfect and we made mistakes with this order. But we are not scammers.
