Brightline Assigned us a New Departure Time - 5 Hours Later
Our train departure was changed by Brightline, in background, where we were delayed 5+ hours resulting in missing our connection in Orlando. We had do dig for information, the Brightline app just updated our departure time without warning or notification to us - we just happened on it when we went to check in. We tried to checnge to earlier trains but were denied due to our ticket status (Smart Saver). Ultimatly, they offered us $17.55 (for the two of us) as compensation. Wow ... that was like getting insult to injury.
