Received my first pair today - such great quality and appearance. Will undoubtedly be ordering another color soon! Very comfortable to wear and you can feel the stability in the shoe. Looking forward to first round of golf in them soon.

I placed an order for €236.45 and was charged €24.95 for shipping. The website clearly states “Free delivery on orders over 200 USD” and also mentions that taxes and duties are included for certain regions.

After delivery, FedEx sent me an additional customs invoice of over €50. This was never communicated transparently during checkout.

In addition, I contacted customer support regarding a simple size exchange request. The shoes are brand new and unopened. It has now been 6 business days without any response.

At this price point, I expect clear communication and reliable customer service. Unfortunately, neither has been provided.

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering from this brand.

Hidden import fees to the UK of £51 were not advertised, and not very impressed at all this was not advised.

Great products. Most comfortable golf shoes ever.

This is the best brand I have at least 5 pairs of the Contour shoes and wear them literally everyday (different colors).

Great company all around from quality to customer service couldn’t be more pleased highly recommend.

Really happy with the shoes, best Golfshoe I ever had. Played them all winter last year already with really wet conditions here in the Netherlands. Never had wet feet, always comfortable and played some of my best Golf in them!! Really impressed by the durability, love the style of the new Contours!!

Worst golf shoes I have ever bought! Let me explain:
1. Quality – 2/5
They look great, but only for a maximum of two 18-hole rounds if the course is dry. As soon as the course gets wet, grass sticks to the sole, and it will never be white again. I currently have six pairs of golf shoes that I rotate, and these perform the worst in terms of quality. I’m just warning you… BUT if you like a worn-out look like I do, that part might not bother you.
Just remember, these cost over 240 USD or around 220 EUR.
2. Communication – 0/5
When I purchased them, I waited two weeks without any updates. The website didn’t mention that they were unavailable. I contacted the seller and asked when they were going to deliver, and only a few days later did I get a reply saying they were waiting for them to arrive. In the end, I received them after a month.
If the website had clearly stated that they were on backorder or provided any information about delays, that would have been fine. But there was nothing.
3. Customer Service – 0/5
My wife bought three shirts as a present for me. They didn’t fit, they were longer than usual. The material quality wasn’t great, although the build quality was decent. That part I don’t care much about.
What I do care about is that 1.5 months after returning them, she still hasn’t received a refund. She followed up and asked what was going on, but there’s still no reply.
