This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a prop firm.

My payout was supposedly approved and sent, yet I never received any funds. Instead of providing clear answers, support kept repeating the same questions over and over again. Every time I contacted them, I was asked whether I had received the payout, despite already explaining multiple times that nothing had arrived.

What is even more frustrating is that nobody provided a transaction ID, wallet address, or any proof that the payment was actually sent. If a payment has truly been processed, providing evidence should be simple. Instead, I spent days chasing support and waiting for answers while receiving little useful information.

The entire process has been extremely slow, unprofessional, and stressful. I feel like I have been left alone to investigate a problem that should have been handled by the company. A payout should not require this much effort and endless follow-ups from the client.

At this point, I have lost confidence in the company's payout system and customer support. Traders deserve transparency, quick communication, and proper assistance when dealing with their earnings. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Extremely disappointed with customer support. I accidentally made a typo on my dashboard profile name during registration. I provided absolute proof of purchase using my verified Bybit Visa Card, showing my real name (Eden Surafel Tilahun) perfectly matches the payment receipt and my physical ID. Support agent David blindly rejected my case using a generic copy-paste template and even called me 'Joseph' by mistake. I am the legitimate owner and funder of this account. Please have a manager look at my case and fix my profile name so I can complete my KYC.

This is a fraud company. They reject your payouts with wrong reasons and false allegations. They will try to lure you with lay later accounts and then once you clear it and request for a payout they will falsely accuse you copy trading. Even for traders who trade only on their home setup alone everyday. Genuine traders pleas don’t fall prey to this fraud company.. they are thieves.

False accusation of copy trading , denied payment. Sent a excel where they mentioned that the other account had copy traded where the time differences are more than 1 and 2 min. Now it seems all the negative reviews here and elsewhere ate completly true. DO NOT BUY OR ENGAGE WITH THIS FIRM, WASTE OF TIME ..PERIOD..

Platform to avoid, RUN AWAY at ALL COSTS! A nameless scam
I take the exact same trades on GoatfundedTrader and FundedNext—same entry, same SL [Stop Loss], same size, same time.
Today's results:
On FundedNext: a loss of 881 dollars
On GoatfundedTrader: a loss of 1,433 dollars!!!
I have my screenshots available for anyone who wants to verify.
Not to mention the trade I never even took, where I lost 1,382 dollars on May 29th, without ever getting an explanation from support.

My experience with Goat Funded Trader has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
After successfully completing the evaluation and becoming funded, I requested my first payout of approximately $3,000. Instead of receiving the payout, I was suddenly accused of having an IP address issue. GFT claimed that multiple IP addresses were detected within a very short period of time.
I have never used a VPN, VPS, account sharing, or any method that violates the rules. I immediately provided every document and explanation requested by their team. Despite my full cooperation, my payout remains delayed and the communication has been slow and unprofessional.
It is unacceptable for a trader to spend time, effort, and money following the rules, only to face payout problems when it is time for the company to pay. The burden of proof appears to be placed entirely on the trader while legitimate payout requests remain unresolved.
The lack of transparency and the delay in handling this case have seriously damaged my trust in GFT. Based on my experience, traders should be cautious and fully understand the risks before committing their money and time to this firm

Fraud Prop firm, don't buy it. The rules are like if you make profit daily 10 out of 10 days then you will get payout with 50/50 chance and if you loss a day then your all struggles are in vein..

I bought two instant funded accounts in May 2026, i got really worried after seeing all the bad reviews on Trustpilot but kept on trading, i received my first payout of ZAR R9042 yesterday and my other account will be ready for a payout in a couple of days. So, i had a good experience and a payout, keep to the 15% consistency and keep trades open for longer that 2 min.

I requested a payout on May 29th. After two days, the risk team sent me an email to verify two IP addresses that they claim are geolocated too far apart. I sent them all the evidence that the IP geolocation in Italy is inaccurate and that the IPs change when you switch from Wi-Fi to a mobile network. I also sent them the MT5 logs to prove that everything was done from the same phone. As of today, the payout is still pending. I reserve the right to change my mind once I receive a response regarding the payout (if I receive one).

Spreads are way too much during midnight, it's not normal. I was running 3% on a trade and I was taken out after moving my SL on my entry point. The trade had moved away and according to my system risk was eliminated but somehow I was taken out by their monstrous spreads.

I purchased two accounts, but the DeepChart platform does not work for Gold (GC) at all. The software explicitly states that I am missing the necessary licenses, which completely locks the platform. This is a system configuration failure on their end, not a user error!
The customer support is an absolute nightmare and relies purely on stalling tactics. I spent 4 days trying to resolve this, providing screenshots and full screen recordings that clearly prove the system is blocked. Despite this undeniable proof, a support agent named Josiah tried to blame me, claiming I selected the wrong month. He completely ignored the fact that the missing license blocks the entire platform and doesn't allow me to select anything. To top it off, they ended the conversation by spamming me with generic bot responses.
Since Goat Funded Futures failed to deliver a working service and refuses to acknowledge their license issues, they denied my refund. I have now escalated this to my payment provider for a chargeback.
Stay away from this company! When their software fails, they will blame you just to keep your money.

VERY poor service. Had an issue for 3 months not getting a reward from there page.

All they got to say is that they aware of the issue but no resolution or attempt.

The person that sends me this is Moses. The annoying part is, they say they would like to assist. "They Dont"

Passed a 100k pay later account, once funded I reached over $3000 before requested the first payout which is still being witheld due to location discrepancies as I travel between a few countries due to being a digital nomad. I had provided hotel bookings, flight bookings and more and these cowboys are still trying to wriggle of paying me whats rightfully owed. Companies like this should be avoided, I am a hard working, honest trader and this company has basically robbed me for over $500 USD which was the amount for purchasing the account plus well above 3000$ in profits. Unless resolved i am calling scam on this company and anything but reputable. Do not be fooled by their special offers or reasonable prices. Pay more, youll regret it less later on once you request a payout.

Should goat funded decide to dismiss my payout i will be filing an official complaint with both regional trading standards as well as an official complaint with Hong-Kong customs and excise department as well as notifying my bank of the situation at hand.

Legal action will be followed up and to create a case against your wrong doings and shady practice of non payout which is not rightfully justified or correct when all parameters were in fact kept to during my time trading at GFT. I come from a family who work in law, so expect to feel the full force of your greedy scamming ways should this not be rectified efficiently and promptly within 7 days of this review.

Companies like yourselves should be held accountable for your actions. I will go above and beyond to make sure this be factual should things not be resolved.

Hello dear investors, I would like share my negative experience of trading Goat Funded Trader because I have purchased 100k instant account and with full hard work I grew my account to 6400$ and when the time came of payout. They simply said that I am involved in group trading without any proof they just shared a shit piece of excel sheet where they mention my trades with someone else whom I never heard before. I contacted them many times for showing me solid proof but they always divert the case and not even concern my issue of payment denial and unjustified breach. I have all the proofs and evidence and logs of my trading which show I completed my trades with full transparency and honesty and hard work. But their shit algorithm in which they blindly trust they favor that only. I just aware you guys beware of this scammer company and very soon I'll a letter to government body of India and appeal them to bann this scam company as soon as possible.

Very bad review:
Absolute scam! Mistakenly used over 80% margin on one trade and they immediately hit me with a permanent 50% profit split reduction. Stupid rule, huge spreads, and zero flexibility.

Onyechere this guy came did nothing, closed the ticket without even solving issue.

You can't trade with little High risk , they will immediately scam you with 80% rule , not worthy buying this gft accounts.

Wasted my money closing the account and never recommending GoatFundedTrader. Total rip-off! 🚩

⚠️ My experience with Goat Funded Trader

My goatreward point request has been pending for more than 20 days. I contacted support multiple times and was repeatedly told to wait another 24 hours.10 times and more Every time I followed up, I received the same response without any clear timeline or resolution.

Today, I asked a simple question in their Discord server: "When will my reward be processed?" Instead of receiving a clear answer, I lost access to the server shortly afterward.

I am not making accusations. I am simply sharing my experience and asking for transparency. If there is a delay, traders deserve an honest explanation and an estimated processing time.

I have screenshots of the conversations and the pending status. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with reward redemptions or communication?

I had a very disappointing experience with this prop firm.

My payout request was approved, my account was reset back to $5,000, and I even received a payout certificate confirming that the withdrawal had been processed. However, it has now been more than 8 days, and I still have not received my money.

I contacted support several times but have not received a clear explanation or solution. Approving a payout, resetting the account, and issuing a certificate without actually sending the funds is unacceptable and has seriously damaged my trust in this company.

If the company would like to investigate this case, I am willing to provide my account ID and all supporting evidence privately.
