After passing my phase 2 and waiting for a live/funded account, they just told me that your IP address is used by someone else. Even though I told them to please schedule a live interview, i/ll show them all the proof, but they didn't agree. I can proudly say this prop firm is totally a scam.

I am so sad to write this review but i have to. So after 3 days , 10+ chats with the "support team" that you start with a bot and with the request "talk to a person" you start talking with another bot , and after so many hours waiting to give me a funny answer for my problem i am here to write an honest review. If you are new to this company .. dont bother to start with them. Support is poor, spreads and commitions are very high.

Very disappointed with GoatFundedTrader.
My crypto payment was confirmed more than 30 hours ago, but I still have not received my account. Customer support is very slow and not helping solve the issue.

I provided all transaction proofs, TXID, screenshots, and order details, yet customer support keeps repeating the same automated responses without solving the issue. In many cases, they do not reply at all.

TRANSPARENT TRADING RULES AND PROMPT PAYOUTS

Hello Goat Funded Trader Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase. My bank account has been debited for the amount of $17 on 13/05/2026, but I have not received my account credentials.Furthermore, I received an automated email stating that my order was unsuccessful due to a payment method issue.I have attached my bank statement as proof of the deduction. Please investigate this immediately and either activate my account or initiate a refund.

I rated them 1 star because there is no zero star. Was a horrible experience with them. I will never recommend them to anyone and hope they amend their ways. Don’t want them to go down like the rest.

I purchased the pay later challenge, passed it and completed the payment after.
I paid for the pay later challenge and after more than 4 back and forth email exchanges with support they gaslight me and tell me I have not paid and I should pay again, the challenge is expensive very expensive for me , I had saved the money and now they just say pay again.

I sent all proof, bank receipts, website showing payment successfully done, bank SMS messages, bank internal transaction confirmation and they tell m to pay again.

A trend I've noticed is they give me a new customer support personnel everytime who asks the same things everytime and tells me to pay again everytime even after seeing all the proof of payment.

It feels more like manipulation now than service because they keep reminding me pay again, pay again.

Like hundreds of dollars don't appear out of thin air man, this is utterly unfair.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Goat Funded Trader denied my payout after I successfully met all trading requirements and then breached my accounts for “copy trading” even though every trade was manually executed by me.

I purchased a 100k Instant Pro account and Goat Funded Trader themselves provided me with an additional free 100k “pay later” account as part of their promotion. I traded both accounts manually through separate TradeLocker windows using the same strategy and market conditions.

I did NOT use any copier software, automation, bots, APIs, or third-party mirroring services. Their justification was that some trades had similar entry and exit timing between my own accounts.

The most concerning part is that they allowed the “pay later” account to continue operating the entire time, waited until payout eligibility was reached and payment on the account became due, and then suddenly breached both accounts and denied payouts.

In my opinion, the “pay later” promotion feels designed to encourage traders to operate multiple accounts, only for the firm to later use similar trading activity as justification to deny payouts once traders become profitable.

To make matters worse, after attempting to speak with moderators and seek clarification, I was removed from their Discord community and blocked from accessing parts of their website. Since then, the Risk Team has largely stopped responding to my emails, leaving me with no meaningful way to continue discussing or appealing the decision.

Throughout this process I also received contradictory explanations from support regarding consistency calculations, drawdown rules, and payout logic. At one point even their own support bot gave conflicting explanations for how the drawdown system worked.

This experience completely destroyed my trust in Goat Funded Trader, and I believe traders deserve much clearer rule enforcement, communication, and payout transparency than what I experienced.

8⭐☆☆☆☆ Review

I am writing this review to share my experience regarding a breached account and a rejected payout.

My account was breached for alleged copytrading between April 13–23. I firmly stated that I trade independently and requested a technical review based on IP logs, device fingerprints, and execution records.

Since April 29, I have contacted support multiple times. I was repeatedly informed that my case was under technical review and that I would be contacted soon. I was also told that such reviews may take 5–10 business days.

It has now been more than 10 business days, and I still have not received any outcome, update, or explanation.

This situation is very concerning because it directly affects my account status and my payout, while there has been no clear communication from the company.

I hope this review encourages GoatFundedTrader to provide transparency and a clear resolution to my case.

I paid for a Pay Later Challenge (funded account) and, as if the delay of more than a week in releasing credentials after making the payment wasn't enough (once the challenge was completed and several proofs of payment were sent), credentials were released for two accounts, but neither of them was funded (another Pay Later Challenge and a Two Step no Limit account). This is absurd. I am an international lawyer and I will take legal action in Hong Kong through the Brazilian federal courts to ensure they fulfill their promises. This must be why Goat has so many reviews classifying it as a scam.

I want to share exactly what happened to me, so that no one else falls into the same trap.
Here are the facts in order:

I purchased an Instant Funded account of $100,000 and they "gifted" me a Pay Later Challenge account of $100,000
I engaged in copy trading between the two accounts, having misunderstood the rules — my mistake, I admit it
After 3 days the challenge was passed, the account went under review and was subsequently approved and accepted as valid by their team
I had not yet paid for the Pay Later account, as I intended to purchase it later using the profits from the Instant account
I continued trading the Instant account until I met the minimum requirements and requested a payout
At that point the payout was denied, citing copy trading — the exact same behavior that was already present during the challenge and that their team had already reviewed and approved

The question is simple: if copy trading was a violation, why did you approve the challenge? Why did you wait until exactly the moment of the payout to enforce it?
I waited more than 15 days without receiving any response from the risk team, despite sending numerous emails. Tired of waiting, I contacted the general customer support, hoping for an answer. Again, nothing. I asked the same question over and over:

"Why was the violation only detected at the time of the payout, when during the challenge review everything was perfectly fine?"

Nobody ever answered this question. Neither the risk team, nor customer support. Only generic copy-paste responses, complete evasion and silence.
The most alarming detail of all: they only closed the Instant Funded account — the one from which I had requested the payout. The Pay Later account is still active and awaiting payment. The reason is crystal clear: they are waiting for me to pay for the Pay Later account, trade until I meet the requirements, and then use the exact same pretex — copy trading — to block that payout too. The same violation they already "discovered" once, and therefore know perfectly well, ready to be pulled out again at the right moment.
The pattern is obvious:

They gift you a challenge to lure you in
They approve everything during the evaluation phase, including violations
They wait for you to trade, meet the requirements and request a payout
They close the account and don't pay you
They leave other accounts open hoping you keep paying and trading — only to block those too using the exact same pretex

This is not a mistake, it is a well-orchestrated system. The sole purpose is to collect money from traders without ever paying out. There are many serious prop firms out there — this is not one of them.

Customer service has been 💯. I'm glad for prop firms like these that still value delivering true customer care experience. Great discounts and amazing promos as well. GFT has got some real good stuff

I have been impressed with their funding offer but the customer service side is left to be desired.

Passed pay later eval more than 2 weeks ago, paid the activation fee and still have not received the funded account. Customer support is not helping at all even though I show receipts from my bank account and paypall account that I have indeed paid the activation fee.

A few month ago I purchase 3 accounts of gft and my two accounts was been blocked due to inactivity and when I contact to the customer service they take action on my problem and reactivate my 2 accounts..thats why i love gft and then services

In addition, I am still waiting for proper assistance regarding Account 3 – 5017738, which I purchased and successfully passed. Despite having completed and passed the challenge, the issue regarding the activation of the funded account has still not been resolved.
I selected cTrader as the platform, but cTrader appears to be missing for this challenge. As a result, I am currently unable to activate the funded account that I earned after successfully passing the challenge.

I paid for two Instant Pro accounts that have not been delivered, and I also passed Account 3 – 5017738, but the funded account has not been activated because the cTrader option is missing.
For clarity, the unresolved issues are:

Very bad experience with GOAT Funded Trader. This was my first time buying an account from them, and they already refused to pay my first profit. After that, I continued trading and grew the account to around $93,000. According to their own rules, the account should only be breached after reaching the 10% drawdown limit, but they closed my account before that and removed my access to trade.

I feel this company is unfair to profitable traders. Instead of supporting traders, they look for reasons to deny payouts and shut down accounts. I lost my time, effort, and money. I do not recommend GOAT Funded Trader to anyone.
