DONT USE THIS WEBSITE - ITS A SCAM! You think you’re paying 50p but they are signing you up to a £39/month subscription. And the service didn’t even work to help me find the phone. When I saw a payment had been taken they refused to refund me. Awful company!

Misleading Subscription Charge and No Actual Service Access
I used this website while traveling abroad in an urgent situation after my husband lost his phone. I believed I was making a small one-time payment of ₩990 for a temporary service.
However, I later discovered that I had been enrolled in a recurring subscription charging ₩65,000 per month.
Most importantly, I was never able to properly access or use the service. I could not log into the account, and when I tried the password recovery function using my email address, I never received any reset email or account information.
I also never received any clear email or text notification informing me about the recurring ₩65,000 charges when the payments were processed.
As soon as I became aware of the recurring charge after the second payment, I immediately requested cancellation and a refund.
The company initially asked for my card details and payment proof, which made me believe the refund was being reviewed. However, after I provided all requested information, they stopped responding for over a week and later refused the refund.
I believe this subscription structure is misleading and makes it difficult for consumers to reasonably recognize the recurring charges.
