Poor customer service and faulty boots!! AVOID!!!
Still waiting for a return refund (R57342841) for over 3 weeks and still have not got the money back. Slow and poor customer service. Waited for 2 weeks for the delivery and the boots were faulty!! Acoid this shop at all costs!!!

PACKAGE NEVER GOT TO ME! AND THEY FAILED TO CORRECTLY PUT MY ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE!
I had previously ordered a Barcelona Nike Strike ball size 5, and it had never gotten to me. It has been almost 3 weeks, the order was placed March 27th and my package was estimated to be delivered on April 7th. I had been checking on my package tracking but noticed there was no official address of mine attached to it so when the "out for delivery" day came, the package was never brought to me. I had gone to the post office of the USPS and they told me that the sender, in this case "Goalinn", never put my full address on the package so lots of trouble came about with my purchase. I have failed to receive a refund yet, and I am very upset with my experience!

The boots are great and my son is…
The boots are great and my son is absolutely delighted with them. Royal Mail 48 hour delivery took a long time though.. notified for a Friday delivery - didn’t arrive after waiting in. Attempted Saturday delivery last minute but we weren’t in. Arrived finally on the Monday.

Fast order processing but slow delivery
The order processing was fast. I paid extra for a 2-3 business days delivery via GLS, but the delivery was done on the 6th business day (so after 7 days in total).

Trainers had marks on them
When the trainers i ordered arrived there were a few marks on them, it was as if someone had worn them and returned them. I tried to speak to someone and couldn't get hold of anyone, I used the chat function on the site but after waiting a considerable length of time the chat failed. As I couldn't speak to anyone and had waited a long time for the trainers to be delivered I didn't go through the returns process as needed them for a tournament. Product itself was good, just disappointed there is no quality control on dispatching items that clearly had issues and no way of discussing this with the company.

Brilliant service and cheaper than other stores
Amazing customer service, can't fault them at all there.
I will say though expect to pay £10.99 return for the postage because it's outside the UK.
If your ordering boots try them on or know your size before ordering.
Other than that all legit and cheaper than most other places.
