Ordered a jersey as a birthday present. Expected shipping was listed as 5-7 days. It's now been over 45 days. I've missed the birthday by over a month and they still will not refund my money.

I would give them 0 stars if I could
I would give them 0 stars if I could. They may appear slightly cheaper than local retailers, but good luck ever receiving your order. It’s been two months and I still have nothing. Despite emailing them daily, I just keep getting the same automated “please wait” responses with no proof the item was ever shipped.
Customer service is a complete nightmare and feels like it’s handled by AI. I would never recommend this company. They are not legitimate or reliable, and whatever small saving you think you’re getting is absolutely not worth the risk.

Mis-sold items changed delivery date after order
The company gave a delivery range 2nd and 6th October in time for a Birthday. Then when order processed this jumped to 13th. When I asked why this changed and could i cancel i simply got a message telling me the order was on its way and refer to the faqs. This company used to have good customer service. It's a pity it takes trustpilot to get an apology and a quick response. I would never have ordered this as it was for a Birthday maybe you should widen you timefarme for cancellations if you change delivery times and give more realistic delivery times when ordering.

In this case, we can unfortunately only provide our customers with the delivery times provided by them (our suppliers).
As you mentioned yourself already, you can always change your order, add items, or cancel your order at any time from your account if you no longer wish to wait for a product.
Otherwise, you will receive an email with the carrier's tracking number and invoice as soon as your order leaves our premises.

Bad costumer service
I wish there was a zero. I ordered a kids Messi set for my son... during checkout the delivery address was automatically filled by mistake with my old address. I sent them an email ONE minute after..no reply. I called..no reply. After 4-5 emails stating how urgent was to communicate with them to hold the order and make the change....they replied after almost a week telling me that they can do nothing. Basically i paid money...never received anything of course...my package in another country in someone's else hands. My bad that my laptop autofilled old previous stored data... but they also DID NOTHING TO HELP. Im never going to order from that place ever again!

Awful company. Order over 6 weeks ago. Football boots were over £70. Nothing has been received. Estimated delivery on website was 10 days. Customer service claiming issues with shipment, but they havent elaborated, or explained what the alleged issue is. No actual offer of help. Ive requested a refund, they wont do this. Feels like an absolute con. The boots were my son's birthday present, He's not not had them and as Goalinn wont refund my money. Absolutely terrible company. Avoid.

Terrible customer service
I have been sent a sports shelter which had missing parts and was faulty. I had to jump through various hoops to get Goalinn to agree the refund but after sending the return almost a week ago, still no refund and to compound things the return has just been dumped on my doorstep. You can't speak to anyone on the phone so trying to get things resolved with this company is an absolute nightmare, I really recommend you look elsewhere for your sports gear!
Edit to your response: You clearly don't read the correspondence sent by customers which apparently has a 12 hour response time, this has been missed once again with my previous message. I have already emailed you to say the return has been picked up but was dumped back outside my door a couple of days ago. Why has this happened and why have I still not received my refund?????

I placed an order over a month ago and created a username and password for the order. When I went to check my tracking the other day, it now says my username and password don't exist, so I had to re-log in. Now it shows no orders placed, and my order is still sitting in the same location for almost two weeks.
