We needed to arrive at hospital as relaxed as possible (given it was during Storm Eunice, this was a tall order).
Our driver was wonderful, reassuring and engaing throughout the journey. Despite the weather arrived early for the appt and calm.

Faisal gave a wonderful service. Such a polite man who made me (a lone, young woman) feel safe in a taxi on a long journey. In advance, the registration plate and name of the driver was sent to me by text so I knew the exact car and driver that was picking me up. He had good conversation and music throughout the journey and dropped me off right outside my house, waiting to make sure I was through the door of my house before driving off. I highly recommend Go2Transfers for any of your Midlands airport drop offs/pick ups or any short journeys or within the Midlands as I believe they will always give the unbelievable service they gave to me.
