Customer service was amazing!
Customer service was absolutely amazing! I spoke with Mike a good bit and he answered every question I had with hesitation. He made this whole process very easy for me and always made sure I had all the information I was looking for. He was very helpful during the whole process. I couldn’t have masked for a better experience!

DON'T BUY IT!!!
Absolutely did NOT stand by their product!!!
They sent out an engine that did not work from the moment the mechanic installed it. They asked the mechanic, without my consent, to do a diagnostics on it for which I WAS CHARGED.
They finally determined that it WAS INDEED A BAD ENGINE, sent out a new engine, BUT WOULDN'T COVER THE FULL COST OF THE FIRST INSTALL, so I ended up paying about $2000 over my original bill to the mechanic just to find out that their engine was bad. I tried to resolve it with them but got the runaround.
I SHOULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT A JASPER!!!!

We are sorry you had issues with the product that we supplied. We do our best to ensure our customers receive a quality product but sometimes there can be a manufacturing defect or problem during installation. When the purchase was made on the engine you were made aware multiple times verbally of the warranty and upon receipt of the invoice you were provided the warranty guideline documentation. We covered the cost of a replacement engine, all shipping charges by freight truck, and the book time labor to remove and install a new engine.
The shop you chose for both installations closed their doors two weeks after they finished the work and we received no further contact from them. We are unaware of the total amount paid to this business but if it was the amount reflected on the repair order sent to our team there was excessive hours and rates documented compared to multiple labor guide standards.
We unfortunately cannot control other business practices and amounts charged for work performed. We did offer an additional coverage for $130 per labor hour with our platinum service plan but this was declined at time of purchase. The cheaper route was chosen with a $90 per labor hour coverage. Jasper pays $85 per labor hour and the cost of a engine from them is almost $2000 more expensive for reference. Again we are sorry for the issue and apologize that the engine had to be replaced.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Actually less than a star. As a business we have purchased from Go Power in the past. NEVER again.
This company supplied us with a reman transmission for a 1997 Dodge Dakota. The date the customer picked up his truck was 4/12/21. Not long after the governor pressor switch had to be replaced. They supplied our company with the switch. They however never mentioned needing the part that was replaced to be returned to them. Last month the vehicle gets towed in.
Transmission Failure. They will not warranty the transmission due to the fact that they did not get the governor switch back. EVEN thou it was not related to the problem. $1700.00 later for a rebuild I have removed them from my call list.

I could not get any satisfaction from valley Honda. They only wanted to project the blame on go power train or me. Rob Fabrizio worked diligently until all parties were satisfied. I questioned many things that I witnessed at valley Honda from technicians to management. Rob Fabrizio and Aaron are great people to deal with and trust. In June 2022 I purchased a transmission for my 2015 Nissan Sentra. The transmission installers are 40 year veterans at installing transmissions and are a very reputable business. The transmission, after installation did not work properly. Shop made contact with Go Power Train who gave them several instructions. After following the instructions given by the technician at Go Power Train, the transmission still did not work. Shop filed for warranty replacement and it was denied by Go Power Train. Detailed account was provided by shop and Go Power Train then stated the it was the manufacturers problem and then began to be resistant. Would not longer provide me with any information . DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

July 25, 2022 This warranty was denied due to multiple reasons none of which were Go Powertrain's fault. The shop programmed the vehicle when it does not need to be programmed. There was a packet that came with the transmission that stated exactly that. Also, the cooler MUST be replaced at install and then the system hot flushed. The shop failed to install the cooler at install. They installed the cooler after filing the claim and after the vehicle had been driven. There is a big red sticker on the unit where the cooler must be mounted at time of install. The main denial is due to failure to follow installation protocols which caused the transmission to fail. The original core has not been returned either. We will need the core back.
Edited to add August 24, 2022. Customer filed chargeback for original purchase. Potentially we are out the original unit, the core, and the replacement unit that we did in fact send plus the replacement units core. We are out $6900 plus! All because the shop made the mistake and damaged the first unit. Go Powertrain has worked with her the entire way. She also filed a BBB complaint in which we stated we would work with her with repair costs as long as she returned the core. Not only has she not returned the original core, but she has received a replacement unit and then she filed a chargeback.
Edited: August 31, 2022. The shop and customer have been in communication with us. The core and the defect have both been returned. We received them today. We are pleased this is moving in the right direction. We are continuing to work with the customer to get her taken care of and expect the chargeback to be resolved soon on her end.
Edited: September 20, 2022. We are pleased this has been resolved and we believe to customer and shop satisfaction. All outstanding cores / defects have been returned. As well as the product has been paid for / chargeback was reversed. We also paid out on the warranty claim in good faith.

As far as I can tell, we haven't received a response back since June 10. You selected the Authorized Reseller Net 30 payment option which is only for our established businesses. Any retail sale needs to be paid for up front. When going through our check out screen, there's terms and conditions listed that the customer will provide the VIN, Mileage, etc
in order for us to provide the correct unit per VIN. However we typically do not charge for the core upfront and the customer has 30 days to return it without being charged for that. If shipping to a residential address, we also require a $250 shipping charge which can be found multiple places on our website but specifically under our FAQ - Shipping and Returns Terms and Conditions.
