Having done my research and getting several quotes for my solar system ( which I found a nightmare to navigate with various systems and products available far too many to make a simple decision) I can’t recommend Go Greener Energy highly enough.
Excellent service from day one, Craig was informative and knowledgeable with no pressure to purchase, The fitting team were first class and very professional. The work was exceptional leaving no mess. Explanation of the system and how it works was very clear and easy to understand.

From the moment we first met Alastair to the completed installation everything was well planned efficient and friendly. The chaps who carried out the external work and the office staff knew exactly what they were doing and were extremely helpful. I've thought hard and long about having solar panels and now that they have been installed I do not regret it. This company is excellent.

We are very pleased with our new solar panels, inverter and battery from Go-greener. The sales process was professional and courteous with Dan being very responsive and helpful with our questions and providing a clear picture of the system and the process of installation. The equipment looks great and is performing very well.

Our installation team was headed by Jake and all the work was carried out neatly and efficiently and in close consultation with us. Jake did need to upgrade our electricity supply to the garage at the same time but this work was done at the same time and the whole installation of 16 panels, the 6K inverter and the 5K battery was completed within 2 days by a team of 3 people. (the scaffolding was put up and taken down separately to this but this was also done quickly by a polite team a day before and a couple of days after installation).

We find the App on our Google and Apple cell phones to provide all the information we need and more - the whole setup of equipment, software is impressive.

A word too for the office support from Go-greener in getting us the certificates we needed quickly - we found the process of signing up with e-on next straightforward too - a few photos of meter readings and the documents provided meant our account to sell excess electricity back the grid was set up in approx 3 weeks from installation.

We reluctantly accepted a home visit with a sales representative following a knock at the door from one of the Go Greener canvassers. Fully expecting the long drawn out double glazing pitch we were pleasantly surprised with Dan's laid-back but very informative approach. He answered all of our questions and concerns and agreed to put a report together for us to make an informative decision. After quite a bit of back and forth over a few weeks (due to us having lots of questions) we decided to proceed with solar panels and a battery. The installers (All 5 of them!) arrived on time and were polite and tidy. They kept us informed of what they were doing and answered any further questions we had. Before leaving (having completed the installation in just one day!) they made sure we were familiar with the app and were happy with everything. Kudos to Jake and his team! We have had a few glorious days since having them done and what they produced is more than what we expected. Probably won't be seeing many more days like that this year but looking forward to seeing the panels in full action next spring/summer. For now, I can charge my battery on the cheap night rate for use during the day! All in all from initial contact right through to now I cannot fault the company and all of the people we have dealt with. We would highly reccomend. Thanks all! Much appreciated.

My panels have just been fitted, from the non pushy sales, the professional fitting service to the back up from the office an easy stress free process. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if they want to start the journey into green energy.

Very efficient and friendly throughout the straight forward process. Great communication and punctuality. Quick installation with minimum impact on our home. We are already seeing the benefits of a panels and battery system.

Uncomplicated and easy process from initial meeting through to installation. Benefits of reduced electrical consumption from the grid were evident from the moment the panels were active. Batteries offer peace of mind that we have "free" electricity even when when there is no outside light.
