The doctor was knowledgeable, warm, and caring, and a skilled injector. He explained my health issue clearly and concisely, and offered thoughtful suggestions for long-term healing options. I felt heard, understood, and well supported throughout. I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience with my first video doctor's appointment at Great North Healthcare. So easy to use – no technical headaches. The doctor was lovely, very knowledgeable, and put me completely at ease. Got my prescription sorted without having to take time off work or find parking in Newcastle city centre.
