SCAMMER DO NOT USE Brigette Farry t/a GMS SERVICES 247
Spoke to Brigette Farry t/a GMS Services 247 to do a clean at my elderly relatives 1-bed flat and she quoted 4hrs (2 cleaners) so 8hrs for £180. Paid by bank transfer and arranged for keyholder to meet Brigette at 10am and come back to lock up again at 2pm on Tues 21st July 2026. The relative has terminal cancer and is currently in hospital which she was aware. We had spoke on phone to discuss job/price and then I text to confirm so had it in writing before paying. She arrived 10am alone and said the 2nd cleaner was running late. When the keyholder came back 1:45pm she was still alone and said the 2nd cleaner had to leave early. We were suspicious so checked camera to external block and could see only 1 cleaner (Brigette Farry) entered the building so she had lied to us. I confronted her about paying for 8hrs when she only did 4hrs and she disputed and offered me a discount on next clean etc.. I asked for £90 refund or would complain online and she refused, only offered a discount for next clean which was never going to happen. And no response about the lies she told the key holder. Disgusting customer service and extremely unprofessional and to do this to an elderly person with terminal cancer is shameful.
