As with all automation tools I would advise caution. But it does what it says it does and if you remain reasonable in your usage it will get the job done.

Very shady business practices in play at this company. It's impossible to get through to any support department to recover account details. You just get sent round and round the houses to a support page which is no help at all. As an experiment - just pretend you are locked out of your account and need to contact support... you'll find it's a blank wall with no way to contact a support department. Scandalous!

I decided to try GMass because they advertised that they provide SMTP service. Unfortunately, this claim is totally misleading. After paying, I found out they added complex conditions and then asked for extra charges just to use the promised features.

This was a complete waste of money. Instead of helping, GMass only made things more difficult and expensive.

My experience with GMass was very disappointing and frustrating. I strongly recommend avoiding GMass and choosing a more reliable email sending tool instead. There are much better alternatives in the market that actually deliver what they promise without hidden conditions or extra fees.

I purchase their standard plan then upgraded to their premium plan and I still didn't get access to the tool i paid for only to be told after i cancelled my subscription I won't get a refund and I won't also get access to their service they already charged me for. GMASS IS A BIG FRAUD

I don’t understand how this tool works at all.

For the past 3 months, I’ve been sending emails manually from my Gmail accounts — even up to 20–30 emails per day without any issues.

But after connecting all my Gmail accounts to Gmass to automate my work and using the Multi-Send option, I sent emails on the first day, and now on the second day, all 59 of my Gmail accounts have been restricted.

I honestly have no idea how this tool works.
Was it created just for internal experiments?
There’s no proper expert guidance available for using it — overall, it’s a completely useless tool.

They charge me first time then they suspended my account after retrieving the account they charge me thrice in a day. I gave them another chance and I was hopeful that they are going to give me my refund however they even charge me more today after 9 days. what sort of SCAM is this.

Not Recommended - They are Fraud

Wouldn't/couldn't change over the email, and never got a response back from support.

Effective, using for sometime.
Its not perfect but the negative reviews seem odd. The support answers within 48 hours, we dont expect it any sooner and rarely require it sooner. We find the tool surprisingly innovative compared to overpriced and bad deliverability services like mailchimp.

We like the ability to surpress domains we do not wish to mail to, scheduling and merge tags, analysis and the gmail threshold monitor, and recently the ability to use multiple accounts.

I also watch these folks and they, it appears, are very much watching and learning and innovating on how to help businesses reach cold customers, politely without being a flat out spam house. Other services talk about warm ups, for example, however Gmass was the first I noticed to say that google has blocked all warm up services.. something the other services are not telling you and selling you

I am not here to defend them, all I am saying is we find it very useful and are always exploring better methods to help us reach our target audiences.

Big Scam. Getting 45 dollars initially and returning 20 dollars for posting positive review. Fake promise…. I was not able to send more than 30 mail even after changed the GMASS settings “Ignoring gmail natural limits”. We should have 30 email account to send 60,000 email. GMASS is asking 4 cent per1000 mail if we want to send more than 10,000 email per day. Unhappy service. Waste of time and money.

I used Gmass in 2021 for some Covid Communication Newletters. I had a paid service which I cancelled by email at the end of 2021. I recently was notified that even though I have checked all my email accounts and have either "free" or disconnected accounts they have been charging me $25/month ever since. Unethical!

It is pure observation but I have used G mass twice for some time. The first time I noticed the same behavior, I thought it was just a coincidence. I decided to give G mass a second try and this is what happened.
I paid for my subscription and sent the first batch of emails to current customers and everything went great that month, sales went up and I was thrilled with the results. Then I started receiving spamming calls about my Google account not being verified. I took a call once and it was to sell an advertisement service but I declined. knowing these are not coming from Google but from spammers.
Then I noticed my Google profile with all the reviews disappeared. My company is not to be seen anywhere. I kept sending emails and no sales. Sales were completely dead the next month and a lot of my current customers are unsubscribing from the emails despite continue buying from us.
It might be a coincidence but this has happened twice. meaning if I dont pay for advertisements I get removed everywhere and I have been in business for over 10 years. Something is substantially wrong

Be careful with Gmass - it might get your Gmail disabled.
I used it to send xmas cards to my contacts and my Gmail got disabled. Luckily I was able to recover it but it took like two weeks of hard work. And I was without email for two weeks.

I was kinda glad with the tool when I was using the free warm-up, but it's not available anymore, unfortunately.

I had an old email list so I used their "Verify emails before sending" option and sent an email to just 90 people on the list. All 90 emails went out (i.e. their "verifier" found no issues with the emails) but 30 of them bounced back. Prior to sending the email, I tested it with their spam solver and the email got into something like 13 out of 15 test inboxes. After sending the email, it now goes into 13 of 15 spam boxes. Long story short, their email verifier doesn't work and using GMass to send just 90 emails has changed my email reputation from good to spammer. On top of that, they won't give me a refund, although that's inconsequential compared to the damage done to my sender reputation.

This tool is f-in AWESOME.

Can be fiddly to set up, and there's lots to read up on, BUT it's 1,000,000% worth it. The HUGE plus here – unlike basically most digital tools I've ever used – is that literally EVERY. SINGLE. QUESTION. (!) you might have about how to use one of its features is invariably ALWAYS answered in their support articles. And if not, their support team has been on hand to answer my Qs *fast* – and clearly.

I started using GMass back in 2011 when it was a spreadsheet, having found the tool when I was doing mass blogger outreach for a digital marketing agency doing content marketing for SEO clients... Now I use the much-developed version of GMass to market my creative festival event to a database of 2k subscribers, and to make sales.

I'd choose GMass any day over anything like Mailchimp, simply because I want to give my subscribers and customers a real personal feel, and obvs want to escape the spam filters. The personal touch GMass affords me aligns with my brand, and helps me build stronger connections with my peeps.

ALSO worth mentioning is that the ability to set multiple auto-follow ups with GMass (which can be triggered based on no-opens, no-clicks or a couple of other options) has meant my open rates have gone through the roof – 81% for my latest campaign (compared with 63% for the same database when I didn't bother with the auto follow-ups).

... This ability to garner AND prove high engagement is going to help me go out to event sponsors, which will have a huge direct impact on my business.

Great service. I had technical issues and after a quick reply with some solutions.

Unfortunately, we still couldn't get things working. I received a full refund and my subscription has been cancelled with no questions asked.

This company was recommended to me by a couple of business owners and now I know why. Even though it didn't work for me I still would recommend them based on their service alone.
