This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I have ordered from this company form the amount of $49 and my order confirmation shows free shipping to the UK where I am. 4 days later I’ve received an email to say that I need to spend over $75 in order for my products to be shipped to me, they have now stopped replying to my emails as I have asked for a refund as I am trying the brand for the first time and do not want to spend that much money for something that I don’t even know will work. This is unacceptable and this company should face legal action for stealing customers money and adding false terms and conductions on shipping on their website.
