SCAM
Absolutelly horrible!
I woke up this morning and received an email, that i subscriped for a gold membership for 46 euros. all day long i wrote emails and, of course, no one can do anything about it. I have no clue if i klicked a fake button, but this i really really bad stuff here.
Absolutely awful practices
Absolutely awful practices, was paying for parking and this website pops up, so you end up subscribing / not the only one that this has happened to. That being said, Becky was very quick at resolving. I suggest they adjust their marketing!!!

BE AWARE…
Trying to download Ring Go ap with great difficulty - somehow ended up with Glow Tutor membership. Emails sent to my junk mail so unaware of this until I saw pending payment in my account. My bank has been helpful but Glow Tutor decline to refund £40.34 when I said I had no recollection of applying for any membership. Not sure if they intend to take "next payment "so have cancelled my card. Caused me much harassment hence writing this incase anyone else has same experience.
Unwanted Membership
Wanted to to subscribe to an app to rent bikes in Cologne (KVBike) and found myself with a membership of glowtutor for one year!
Although I cancelled it immediately, mails continue to say my membership is going to renew.
They must be desperate to use these methods - or greedy.
They replied to me on 16.04.2025, telling me they cancelled my membership (for which I had never asked!).
This is a positive point, but does in no way justify they to get trapped into an unwanted membership...

SCAMMERS!!!
Was going to subscribe to EasyPark website to pay for parking when I got scammed by this fraudulent website. I subscribed to Glowtutors VIP membership instead, which I never intended too. They charged my credit card 16 cents and notified me via email that they’ll charge me full membership fee of 63.40€ within 3 days. I tried cancelling my membership immediately but it was impossible. Apparently 14 days cancelation period applies and I was told that membership is payable during this cancelation period. WHAT A SCAM!!
After multiple emails, “Saviour” Eric from so called “Escalation Team”came to rescue! In order to finalise my 16 cents refund, he asked me to leave a review on the Trustpilot and rate them either 4 or 5. He also asked me to take a screenshot of the review and send it back to him so he can track it on the platform. He wrote in the email that as soon as they receive my confirmation, they’ll immediately process the refund. What a joke!! You can keep my 16 cents SCAMMERS and good luck with your business model!
My money was taken without my consent.
