I bought two Halo lights with a motion sensor for a small kitchen area. The adhesive on the bracket is very impressive and holds the lights securely. Very pleased and my wife has said that when I decorate the bedroom (lucky me!) soon she wants some more.Highly recommended

Love the little lights over our pictures but a couple of improvements would be awesome.
We have picture frames that have multiple pictures in them. Our pictures are a bit dark because of the background (fall scenes) so the light on the bottom pictures doesn’t hit them well. If there was an adjustable arm that could pull out to angle it better for the lower pictures it would light them up better but it is certainly better than it was.
Also, the cords that come with the lights are very short and it is inconvenient to take them down to charge. They don’t come off really easily. Luckily I have another cord to use that fits as it reaches an outlet just below the pictures so we don’t have to remove to charge.
I tried to attach a picture to show the darkness but it wouldn’t let me.

I’m actually reasonably pleased with their Smart+ Everywhere Lights but I've been experiencing a technical issue where the sensor loses connection after inactivity.

My first contact with their support team was prompt and friendly, which gave me high hopes for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended.

What followed was a descent into automated absurdity. The "support" quickly shifted from helpful human (or at least human-like) communication into a barrage of nonsensical AI-generated troubleshooting advice.

I was sent a lecture on 433 MHz radio waves and capacitor discharge theory, and then - in a true stroke of genius - was asked to provide a video of the product not working.

The farce continued when they sent me a link to a tutorial video for a completely different product (a strip light) that I don’t even own.

After days of explaining the same simple issue, I eventually received a request asking me to "clarify the specific issue or question," proving that absolutely no one on the other end was actually reading the thread.

If you’re looking for a company that excels at using high-tech jargon and AI chatbots to run in circles while ignoring the actual customer, GlowRight is the gold standard. If you want actual support, look elsewhere.

So far so good ...

I bought downlighter for my kitchen. 2 paired easily with the wavy hand sensor, one was a bit obstinate but got there in the end. After a bit of trial and error I now have three downlighter under my kitchen cabinet that all go on with the wave of the hand. The quality seems good, the service good. I have now placed orders for their halo lights which I will review when they arrive but such has been my first impressions that three orders placed so far.

Just love them, so much so I need to order more for the bathroom now! They do need charging more often than I was hoping however, they are worth it! Love them ♥️

The lights were easy to purchase, shipped quickly, and the installation and set up was well-explained and straight-forward.
I have not had the lights long and am struggling a little to figure out the remote settings, but I think I have it now. Battery life was not ideal at first, as the lights were on too often, but the charge seems to last very well now that I have them on sensor mode. The charging is easy!

Love the design and color of the lights! The gold matches some of the other decor I have and makes a picture on the wall look more elegant. I keep it on a soft glow and it gives just enough light to highlight my picture and makes it stand out. I also love the option of how I want to attach it to the wall. I could either pull off the tape in the back and just stick it to the wall or screw it in the wall using the screws and anchors provided. I chose to screw the light in! I love the remote and love choosing to be able to dim the light to my preference. I purchased two of them. I am not sure where I am going to put the second one at.

The light fixes to the wall very easily and provides a very nice ambiance to my closet and wall.

Good product,well built and easy to use.
My drawback was the hand contrôl remote unit. Paper instructions not comlete.( 5 seconds flashing)
I had to watch a video to understand how it works.

Lights were perfect above the pictures in the hallway with the motion sensor.
Well made compared to lots of others in the market.
Would not hesitate to purchase more.

The everyday light was a bit difficult to work. The communication from the company was swift and very helpful in sorting out the issue.would recommend the products as very sturdy and quality is great

Placed an order after seeing the adverts for these lights. Paid £160 for the pleasure to then find out… yup coming from China so I’ve paid top dollar for weapons grade chinesium as it turns out.
So lights arrive after 2 weeks (longer then stated on order) all fine get them all setup to discover 1 of the door sensors only works correctly while it’s on charge. So emailed the company for a replacement, what did I get?
Oh no sir you need to take a video so we can see we don’t believe you basically.
Thus far no resolution.

These lights are incredible!!! I love a low, warm mood light in my house and I put two on the sides of my tv above the fireplace and it changed the whole feel of the living room. Really feels like such an upgrade to the space. Going to o grab some under cabinet lighting next!

Service was good, lights arrived in good time. They are slightly less bright than I thought they'd be but they are still really good.

These are sooooo easy to install, even if you have to use the anchors and screws. Love how they look on my wall. I installed on either side of my bed and in my living room.

Glow right responded to my request for a refund promptly and also corrected an incorrect shipping address I supplied before sending out my second order.

Excellent product! High quality weight. I do wish the buttons on the black version were lighter. The buttons make them look like they are battery operated. Buttons need to be more subtle. Also, would love to see a light bulb version for my wall scones. Would buy many rechargeable light bulbs if they made them. Overall high quality, easy to operate.
