The customer service is really horrible, I purchased 10 cug numbers from them through their staff geoffrey.o at gloworld .com only one of the number is working successfully and I reached out to him to complain about a particular number that was not functioning he asked me to send him a mail which I did since then till now he doesn’t respond to my messages again, this is extremely bad and disappointing
They send nothing but SPAM / NIGERIAN SCAM EMAIL. I have sent hundreds of different spam reports. ALL HAVE BEEN IGNORED!
Have been using it for a while, some time the network is good while most times the network is so bad. Could you imagine that the last sub i did i could even exhaust it before the expired date because of bad network in my area. The tariff increament came to even worsen things. I hope they a way to improve on network coverage especially in rural areas.
This company have been robbing people of there data plan since we all don't check when we do new data.... They credit just 20% of the data and you keep wondering how your data finish within 2days...
