All went very smooth. Seeing so many websites advertising was a bit daunting to pick a company. Saved a lot of time that they could make an offer based on Satellite without someone having to come. No sales pressure - got my questions answered and offer was adjusted based on my needs - really great

Overall a great experience. Very helpful sales team and the installers were great. System works well and looks good. Lose a mark as I was let down 3 times by the electrician coming to connect it all up.

Everything up to and including the installation went efficiently with a couple of exceptions. Equipment was provided four days ahead of the install via a palletised kerbside delivery. Whilst, with the help of neighbours, I was able to move the panels to a secure area the 100kg battery box was beyond me or the two scaffolders to move so remained at risk of theft until the installers arrived. The other concern I had at this point was that the pre installation survey was conducted remotely from customer photographs and whilst on site issues were resolved during the fit this was perhaps an indication of what was to follow. I had to pursue GG for the removal of pallets.Inhad to phone the scaffolding company repeatedly to get their equipment removed, eventually, almost 6 weeks after the installation. No handover pack was provided following the installation and despite numerous emails and support centre enquiries to pursue SEG documentation it has taken over 7 weeks to obtain what is needed to even be able to start proceedings with my energy supplier so I can get paid for the electricity I have been exporting to the grid since installation day. This Company were promoted to me as the preferred suppliers of British Gas/Hive, and as such I expected better. It’s not every day one has a PV system fitted and GG provided no guidance for the uninitiated regarding the fairly complex path to complete the process to the customers benefit.

Had a great experience getting Solar and battery installation done from Glow Green. Everything was done on time and the work was done professionally.

Everyone from the Sales team to the scaffolder’s and most of all the installation team treated both my property and my family with the utmost respect.

The electricians that installed the solar and battery system were very professional and completed within a day, slight problem with Hive installation but they came back promptly and fixed this

Great customer service

Glow Green have generally been very good in managing the whole installation process, and provided me with the best value quote when I was looking at getting solar panels and a battery. They are reputable and do care about delivering a good service, and some of the team have shown initiative and taken responsibility to resolve issues.

There were some issues around getting the scaffolding sorted - they (and I) were let down by the scaffolders they had subcontracted - and it was somewhat frustrating that I had to contact the scheduling team a number of times to get a resolution (finally delivered by Justin, who was a star). However, the install team that they used (CBI in Galashiels) were great - three hardworking guys led by Olly who arrived at 8.30am and worked until 8pm to get the panels up and the battery connected. Glow Green's after-care service was also good - I got calls the day after and two days later to check that everything was in order. Just waiting now on the certification to be able to export to the grid, and for the scaffolding to be taken away.

All in all Glow Green have been pretty good, and I would certainly recommend them as one of the companies to consider when looking at solar panels and/or battery installation.

The people who fitted the panels and battery where very friendly and polite. Cleared up after themselves. The system is running great, really good app to see how it's running. All together a pleasant experience.

Great service from start to finish everything was smooth. My installation was up and running in less than 5 hours thanks to Joe and his team.

everything the company were responsible for was done perfectly. The roofers and the electrician were first class and completed their work in a day with no problems. the only slight problem was the scaffolders who came one day early didn't complete (Wednesday)Although saying they would come Thursday didn't come until 1445hrs Saturday stayed for 45 minutes and left without telling me. They finally came at 1745 hrs on Sunday to complete minus safety poles and one ladder guard. They also left the rear gate open so house was not secure. My daughter being away on holiday. Still installation complete

The sale person was very helpful and gave good advice. The roofer and electrician were excellent and told me what they were doing. When finished the electrician talked me though all the equipment and how it worked. The reason I only gave four stars is that the audit for the work has not been done and the scaffolders are unable to take it down until this is done and its been up for 2 and a half weeks now.

I can honestly say that Glow Green has been fantastic from start to finish. From the very beginning, they took the time to guide me through the entire solar process, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood my options. Unlike some other companies, I never felt pressured by pushy salespeople, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

When it came to the installation, I was extremely impressed with how professional, organised, and neat the team was. Every member of the different teams who worked with us was friendly, kind, respectful, and understanding.

I am genuinely very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Glow Green to anyone considering solar. It is refreshing to deal with a company that truly cares about its customers and takes pride in doing things properly. Scaffolders arrived prior to installation followed by the solar panels etc then the electricians. This in my opinion was a very well planned and executed installation. Well done to everyone involved

overall good service, couple of minor issue but overall positive experience

My installation date came and by 11am I called and was told the scheduling team had not booked in the install??? I had to wait a further month for the next available date, with the scaffolding blocking up my garden and windows during the heat wave. Then a few days before the second installation date they came and removed the scaffolding while I was away on holiday. When I returned and called they had no idea I even had a second install date and tried to convince me the solar panels were already installed????
Absolutely shocking organisation and communication from a supposed 'award winning' outfit. Don't bother

All started well and the communication from Glowgreen was good at the beginning. However, on the day the scaffold was scheduled to go up, I had to phone Glowgreen three times before anyone finally told me it had been cancelled. From that point onward, everything went downhill quickly — emails went unanswered and phone calls were abruptly ended.
I eventually had to go to my bank to report the transactions, and only then did Glowgreen suddenly start responding again.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them. Very poor company and a very disappointing experience.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
Good communication and follow up. Easy clear information and quote.
We had a great team that came to fit the panels and system. The Electrician was very knowledgable and polite and helpful, explaining what the components were and made sure we were happy.
The Roofers got on with the job in very good time, despite the heat. They were polite and very tidy.

The quote process and info packs were very good. The install team were excellent and completed the work very efficiently leaving a very tidy garage 👏. The solar was running by lunchtime and the team were gone by mid afternoon. Really impressed.
