I ordered a Hair Butter from this…

I ordered a Hair Butter from this website back in November 2022 and never received the product, nor did I ever get a refund. They replied to one email at the beginning, but when I responded to that same email, I never heard from them again. I couldn’t access the website anymore or find any way to contact them, yet the website still appears online and the company continues sending me emails to this day. I had completely forgotten about the situation until I received a new email yesterday. Honestly, it might be better to get your products from somewhere else.
