I love the oil that I got from them. The ice double roller is great! I love the products because they hold their promise that it will be a positive experience. I highly recommend it.

This unit stoped working in mid use the first time I used it. I have reached out to customer service 3-4x. No help

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I purchased an IPL device in October ‘24 and in early February of ‘25 it stopped working. I noted their warranty and reached out to customer service with my order number and a video of it. Two days later I got a response saying they were shipping me a new one with my tracking number included. I was stunned and grateful for how they handled it - no back & forth, just helpful! It’s so nice to receive actual customer service in this day and age. I would definitely recommend the company. Thank you!

Love the Glow IPL device and have noticed some improvements in my hyperpigmentation. I appreciate the excellent customer service I have received and would highly recommend this company and their products!

AMAZING CUSOMER SERVICE!! I emailed regarding my device not working, the responded within the hour and are shipping me a new device immediately!

So, I love this machine. I feel like my pores are getting smaller and the gel is just like the best. I haven’t used it regularly enough to get really serious results, but I started being consistent with it. Wouldn’t you know? It stopped working. I thought maybe I just needed to buy new bulbs but customer service told me that shouldn’t happen and shipped me a new unit. Great work guys! That really makes me feel good about believing in this company!

I’ve been loving my IPL home facials! My skin has been looking like a real life Snapchat filter. There’s still work to be done but I’ve been staying consistent and am so excited for continued results.

First and foremost, the Glass IPL Photofacial is an excellent product. I am typically overly cautious about using new products on my face, but I am so pleased with the product and the quality of customer service, I wanted to share my experience..

I definitely noticed a positive difference in my skin after the first few uses. It looked firmer, healthier, and any blemishes or hints of rosacea were diminished. The IPL comes beautifully packaged, and is easy to use with simple to follow instructions.

I had an issue with the unit after a few weeks where it would suddenly turn off. The customer service department was very responsive and helpful in resolving the problem. They really stand behind their product and I am anxious to try some additional offerings in their product line.

Consumer beware.
Awful experience with Glow Atelier.

High customs charges.
Refused package and retailer is saying they will not refund for a product not delivered or used so will be opening a legal case.

I have always had amazing experiences with Glow atelier’s products but even better experience with their customer service! They are always fast to respond and get to the matter at hand and handle it the best they can! I am in my mid 30’s and I always get told my skin makes me look 26😁 and that was after I started using my Glow Atelier’s ipl photo facial and the oil veil I’m obsessed with!

I am impressed with this company! First of all that IPL glass photo facial is fantastic! But it broke after three uses and they sent me a new one already. What amazing customer service and what an amazing product. Thank you for being so professional.

Customers should know it needs an adapter since it's got an American plug but other than that it's excellent and the little details like facial gel and oil as well as the satin case to store it when not in use.

My device stopped working after 2 months and this company send me out another! Just starting to see results with my spots getting lighter! Love this device - very easy to use!

Just got the my IPL Photofacial device today and I already love it. I also bought the gel and the Viel oil and it helps with hydration after using the device. The Veil oil smells great and is very soothing. Customer service is great, I’ve asked them multiple questions and they answered everything in a timely manner. I’m glad I made the decision to invest in this machine. I can’t wait to see the results.
