Hidden rules to breach your account.

The company has hidden rules that do not appear anywhere on the website and the support part, after rejecting 2 100k tests that I passed, does not respond at all, does not give me another account nor does it say anything about the hidden rule for which it gave me They reject the funded account. NOT RECOMMENDED, DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM.

I passed two phases and then they said I
Didn’t set any stop loss
Reject to give me account or even refund

After passing both a 25k and 50k account, all though reviews are longer than industry standard and this needs to be looked at, I got my accounts and reached first payout.

Payout went smoothly but again, 7 business days to wait is long. Havent had issue with glow mode thus far and would recommend

Glownode has failed me , the only reason i signed up was because they offered accounts for mt5 users and since iam an algorithmic trader my trading depended solely on mt5 and the platform shift from mt5 has made me completely unable to continue the challenge, I requested a refund but was denied even after expressing that I can’t trade without mt5 , while prop firm like the fundedtradingplus is refunding affected traders in my situation, i will not take this review down its either they refund me (the right thing to do). Threats to breach my acc wont work since i have other accs with very reputable prop firm
GLOWNODE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚮😡😡😡😡

I paid for a challenge offering MT5. Firstly, trades were disabled for weeks. While my other prop accounts gained, my Glow Node account was stagnant. Got it going again, but then they changed brokers and no longer offer MT5. No offer of a refund. I feel ripped off!

Now they are just lying. I have screenshots of them saying they allowed MetaTrader when I purchased. And they didn't give me a refund until after I contacted my bank for a charge back. They've resorted to lying now. Do not do business with these guys. Again, I have screenshots of their website showing they allowed EAs and MetaTrader when I purchased. I also have screenshots of their customer service saying they refused to give a refund. And I have screenshots of their customer service saying they can change their terms of service whenever they want. Also, if you check their Twitter they did not change from using MT4 until March 4th. Do yourself a favor and Google "Glow Node Scam". The first result is my Reddit post with screenshots of them lying. This should be more than enough proof that you cannot trust this company. Another terrible reply. I never made a trade and they could have easily provided a refund because I was unhappy with my purchase. Their terms of service do allow refunds under "extreme circumstances" and losing MetaTrader probably qualifies. Them refusing to provide a simple refund reflects how greedy and petty their company is. It doesn't matter what their reply says because it is illegal to change what they claim to offer after making a purchase. They clearly offered MT4 when I signed up for them and changed what they offered without notice (they changed it within minutes of me signing up). This is not allowed. Glow Node was forced to issue me a refund because my bank gave me a chargeback citing that they can't change what they offer without notice.
They immediately changed their rules AFTER I paid. Then refused to give me a refund even though I never made a single trade. Their terms clearly stated that they use MT4/MT5 and allow EAs. No more than 2 minutes after I signed up they changed this rule and no longer allow MT4/MT5 and no longer allow EAs either. I talked to a rep who said I agreed to their terms of service when I signed up. But they CHANGED their terms of service right after I signed up. They clearly change rules all the time and refuse to give people their money back. They don't seem to care about customers or even being transparent. Stay away from them. Again, I'd like to say I never made a trade with them because they changed their rules immediately after I had already paid them. Basically theft.

They don't use mt4 or mt5,
But Good firm.

Awful experience, they dont have mt4 or mt5 and you are only forced to trade on a buggy match trader platform and on top of that charge commissions on indices.. Shifted my $200k funded account to ftmo. Dont waste your money here.

This is a scam. I made a profit of 9k on us30. All of a sudden internal error unable to find information contact administration but they’re no admin. I can’t even stop the trade. This is fraud

After a month of deliberation I paid for a challenge last night. Logged in this morning and my account no longer exists. According to their own discord community everyone's account has been deleted and no one can log in. This is due to the broker no longer providing accounts for prop firms. This was never announced to members in advance and was not mentioned at the point of purchase.

Absolutely not to reccomend. They suspend your Account as they wish and you cant contact anyone from the team, theres no Support Team.

Stay away from this !

Glownode is the best in the industry in prop firm. It's so reputated and prominent company the CEO is so so genuine the staffs are so supportive i love Glownode. I've found no problem with yet with Glownode in terms of spread nd news trading.

This prop firm is pretty good so far! Just waiting on my live account since i passed my challenge! Will update more once they send me that!

Since the first day i engaged with glownode services i knew i was in good hands . best support team ever understanding and fast so i never felt lonely .
Even the power you have as a trader in the market is big with fast order filling and low spread and realstic commision . i felt im supported by this company not like other scammers
i hope this company rule this industy for the sake of professionalism and sincerity

Started off as a straight-forward experience and rules which was good, but ended up getting blindsided by a margin rule in the contracts fine-print and thus was disqualified from obtaining a live account AFTER reaching profit in phase 2. Customer service, advertised as best in the industry, just copied and pasted the same email over and over again without and further clarification and elaboration on any of the rules. No point in going for the newer firms as they'll blindside you sooner or later, better just go with firms with a better reputation and longer track record.
