Got my Funded Account denied because of this.

It's a scam.
Had some problems with my account like getting stopped out to early, missed entries and lost my account due to daily drawdown while I had enough % left untill my account was failed.
Try to connect them about the issues but got an robot machine that couldn't help me any further. Tried to speak to someone but they reacted very impolite and harsh. Had to send some personal information over to help the issues but got never any reply.
In the groupchats if you try to ask something or say something they don't like your message get's deleted and you get a warning.
Would not recommend at all.

I passed the 2 phases successfully and during the review they sent me a message saying that I violated the rules during phase 1??? ok if I violated why did you give me patience until the funded to tell me? and what's more, their support sleeps upright.
Do not put 5% DD if it’s not because the maximum dd is 4% !!!!

I really can not recommend this company glow node
Sorry to give a bad review. But your support do not reply properly and do not found any solution. It was my mistake by ordering and I did not see that the broker is match trader! Match trader is a scam broker. This broker is not for proffesionell trader. Really high spread and on mobile the version is stocking. Also not much choice for indicators I am using… so I lost my challenge fee not because I am not a proffesioenll trader I use to work in other propfirms and receive payouts. But never I will choose glow node. I think there are some changes in the company in the negative way. So I would also not recommend it to anyone to work with glow node!!! Regards Amy B.

Match trader are not a broker they are a platform and is a little unfair to review us as a company because of a third party platform we provide and you chose at checkout.
I took a deep look at your account and not really sure we can blame a trader platform for that out come of your account.
Placing 15 trades and open at the same time is always going to have the ability to cause issues with your daily drawdown.

I passed both phases and got refused a live 50k account - the company GLOWNODE is a FRAUD. I should've took all the complaints on discord as a warning and stayed away. In any case, I filed a charge back, honestly don't care if they backtrack and offer me the live account because I know theyll just make excuses during payout. STAY AWAY.

Definitely a 1 star rating. I received one payout and my second payout, which would have been higher and the refund of my challenge fee would have been due, was denied without actually breaking a rule or reaching a drawdown limit. And I didn't receive the 50% of my account balance that was supposed to be paid out despite breaking the rules. In addition, new rules are constantly being invented to make trading even more complicated and thus provoke breaches of the rules. Definitely hands off this bogus company!!!
Conclusion: - Poor payment behavior
- No Metatrader
- Very high platform fees
- Constant rule changes

After I wrote to support again yesterday, the rule that you still get a 50% profit split even if you break the rules was immediately removed today. That says it all about this company and their business practices!
Definitiv eine 1 Sterne Bewertung. Habe eine Auszahlung erhalten und meine zweite Auszahlung die höher ausfallen würde und die Rückerstattung meiner Challengegebühr fällig geworden wäre wurde mit verweigert ohne in Wirklichkeit eine Regel gebrochen oder ein Drawdown Limit erreicht zu haben. Und die 50% meines Kontoguthabens im Plus die trotz Regelverstoß ausgezahlt werden sollen, habe ich auch nicht erhalten. Zusätzlich werden ständig neue Regeln erfunden um das Handeln noch komplizierter zu machen und Regelverstöße damit zu provozieren. Definitiv Hände weg von dieser Propfirma!!!
Fazit: - Zahlungsmoral schlecht
- kein Metatrader
- Plattformgebühren sehr hoch
- ständige Regeländerungen
- schlechter Support

Nachdem ich gestern dem support erneut geschrieben habe wurde heute sofort die Regel gestrichen dass man 50% profit split auch bei Regelverstoß noch erhält. Das sagt wohl alles über diese Firma und ihre Geschäftspraktiken aus!

Experienced very responsive support
My account was closed due to inactivity, but I contacted support and they kindly offered to re-activate my account one time to give me another chance which was much appreciated. I am learning to use MatchTrader which seems to be good for beginners. I use a separate lot calculator to make the trades. Support was very responsive in my experience. Not sure yet about payouts and I did not ask for a refund, so no experience with either of those situations, but since it was my fault that my account was inactivated, I thought it was good of them to re-activate it.

My Favorite Prop Firm
For me, Glow-Node is a fantastic Prop firm. They have designed their features to help traders to really get funded Accounts. The most beautiful feature I really like is "No time limit" for every trader to do the Challenges.
In my humble opinion for this feature alone, Glow-Node deserve more than 5 Stars.

Dashboard is almost non existent
Dashboard is almost non existent, really hard to know where you stand on a challenge. Match trader is awful. Now they just took away refunds and choosing the option to increase drawdowns. Stick with more established firms.

Stay clear of this company
Stay clear of this company, clear signs of struggling.
The discord is packed with people not receiving payouts, weeks and months past withdrawal request. The CEO has completely stopped being active on discord, the support team just ignore half the requests.
They recently removed refunds for passed challenges, not just for new customers but on live challenges retrospectively. They increased prices without any notification. They also delete any posts highlighting major issues from their discord.
They do not offer all forex pairs. I asked for a refund based on all these issues and they just refused.
This used to be one of the best and most transparent prop firms, use at your own risk. I will stick to FTMO. The only reliable prop firm available in my experience.

I am a funded trader 200k in funding was looking at this company to expand but when I went into there discord some traders have been waiting over 10 days for there payout which is unbelievable and support are useless they will make up some excuses or not even reply I hope match trader suspends them they are not worthy of anyone’s money if they can’t provide the service they claim to offer stay away
