Oh dear, having read reviews, it looks like I too have been the victim of fraud. Not received my order.
No tracking or dispatch available. Voice mail full so can’t leave a message. Convenient . No one replied to emails.
I am now out of pocket £35 and have had to order more food from another provider.

Ordered a cat toy 2nd march, it has never been received and I have chased numerous occasions for a refund and still yet to receive this

Would never order again absolutely terrible customer service, keep getting fobbed off and told it's been passed to their financial team to look into (been told this 3 times now)

If I could give no stars I would this its the worst customer service ever no number and no refund for a missing item only contact is email and now I’m getting no reply after 2 months!!!! Of trying paid through clearpay and they say it’s down to the merchants so be warned people don’t use waste of time and whoever Shannon is from customer service is is probably fake worst pet shop ever 🤬🤬🤬

Please don’t believe any four or five star reviews, not even the three star ones. These con people are putting their own reviews on here. The website is down at the moment, no doubt they will be back with another con. Be careful and research the companies you are planning to use. These people disgust me.

Terrible place. I ordered some carefresh bedding in February..waited a month with nothing, chased it up and they told me they were out of stock and they would give me a refund within 5 days. Waited Two weeks and nothing, chased up again and they said they would get the finance department to look into it. Waited two weeks again and contacted them no reply this time. I waited again thinking they were just busy before yet again contacting them...again no reply. Obviously I'm not gonna get my money back.......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... They are thieves!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered koi food on April 12th not delivered they won't answer emails phone calls go to a full mail box please avoid you will loose your money trust me !!!

Like others, placed an order several weeks ago and it never arrived. After the first week had passed and I had heard nothing, emailed them and got a response from someone called Shannon who said she would chase it up. Several days later, nothing. Emailed back and heard nothing further. I contacted the bank and had to wait a designated period before a chargeback could be initiated which to their credit it was. I then contacted Trading Standards who after a quick search whilst I was on the phone seemed to indicate they were not based in the UK so therefore I would have to contact the European Consumer Centre who deal with companies not based in the UK on 01268 886 690 which I did. Spoke to a friendly advisor on there. However, they could not be sure they were based out with the UK and until it could be proved that they were, they were unable to proceed further. In a nutshell, UK Trading Standards couldn't take it forward without proof they were based in the UK and the European Branch can't take it further without proof they are not based in the UK. They have however, told me to post their details on here so that if anyone has proof of exactly where these charlatans are based if indeed outside the UK, then to contact them.

I placed an order over 10 days ago and still haven’t had it. Their phone always goes straight to answer manchine and I’ve only had one email reply.

Do not buy from this company they are a scam sent goods to wrong address after weeks of waiting then refused to reply to me via my emails the phone number just rings and rings no-one answers and i am now spending weeks trying to get clearpay to refund me which is also proving difficult please do not use this company needs shutting down immediately!!!!

Slight delay due to the easter bank holiday but was expecting that. ordered 4 bird houses for me and my mother, perfect just what we needed. thank you :)

Placed an order 10 days ago, it hasn't arrived. Have tried messaging, calling, emailing, with no response at all. Noone answers their phone and the voicemail is full so can't leave a message. Shame I didn't see the reviews before buying from the company

Recently made an order but it didn’t turn up on time. I enquired as to the delay to be told it was out of stock and I would receive a refund within 5 days. This hasn’t been received so has been chased accordingly. No response yet received and if nothing in the next day I will be going to the small claims court. Should have checked on here first.

After repeated requests for a refund on three order which I made which were not in stock I’ve now been totally ignored. This company is terrible. Their customer service is terrible. I’ve had the runaround now for over 6 weeks which is so unprofessional. Don’t order from this company !! Buy from a reputable company instead.

Purchased products on the 7th of February '22.
I haven't received my order, nor my money refund.
The only communication from their support was a generic reply stating ' we will process your refund in the next...bla bla working days '
Please save your money BY STAYING AWAY FROM THESE THIEFS AND SHARLATANS AND LIERS AND BUNCH OF LOW INDIVIDUALS, WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE A DECENT LIVING OTHER THAN STEALING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE.

Placed a order waited a month and order never arrived contacted them via email, said they would chase it up, I said I had read their awful reviews and that trading standards need to be made aware and they ignored me.
They don’t answer their phone and considering they’re “Gloucester pet shop” weird their number is in gillingham??
I told them to cancel my order via email and they refused and said I needed to cancel via the website which I had already tried and the website doesn’t allow you to cancel!

Luckily I paid with Klarna so I knew it would be sorted without hesitation, Klarna stepped in and gave them time to reply to them which they didn’t so Klarna cancelled payment for me.

This company is absolutely disgusting, total scam. I ordered my dogs food , it never arrived, they don't answer the phone , it goes straight to the answer machine, they ignore your emails. Can't seem to get my money back as I can't get in contact with anyone . Wish I had read the reviews first. So annoyed.

Ordered food for my rabbit, didn’t show up. Contacted them several times. Still not received items. Wish I’d seen the reviews first!
