Great boxes every month. Been subscribed for 33 months and never been dissapointed. One box was delayed one month, but after I sent an email the box was delivered :)

Impossible to cancel, you have to message. They replied to my request to cancel but did not action it and then I get charged again. Too late to action as the box I did not ask for is on the way. Messages thread hidden and then when made available to me again messages I've seen with my own eyes are missing from it. Just do not answer your questions or engage, generic template responses. Just infuriating.
Update on this. I requested a copy of my personal data as I wanted all the messages sent and received. I have not been sent this, but have been sent an email to say they have deleted it all as per my request. That was not my request- my request was to have it sent to me and there is no way to reply to the email .

I HATE doing this but I have had to because this company has caused me such inconvenience.
I saw an offer if you buy one glossy box you’ll get the second one free so I went ahead and ordered BUT I didn’t sign up for any subscription nor did I get any email saying so.
I got my box - I was happy with it and delivery was perfect, no questions or issues there.
A month later I got charged again and I was so confused so I contacted their customer service team and told them I didn’t order anything or sign up to any subscription can you cancel it and give me my money back. They couldn’t refund me because the box was already posted to me and I would’ve had to return to get my money back. I did mention I don’t live in the UK anymore and that I don’t want this subscription and can’t return but obviously they don’t care.
Anyways I said that’s fine - just cancel my subscription and don’t sign me up without informing me, I even got a cancellation email this time… but guess what a month later I get charged AGAIN. At this point I’m so tired of this because I have to contact on a different time zone because I don’t live in the UK anymore. Gosh so annoying so now I’ve had to contact my bank to get my money back. And now they will deal with it, but having to contact again and again and wasting my time and charging me without informing is just not okay.

glossybox is quick with solutions. If products are missing, they send it out or give a % back. now the glossy box is not expensive so you don't get much back in money. in the last May box I got 3 products wrong and they were quick to send out new ones but then I got exactly the same products again plus all the ones I got in the first box then it turned out that the products I didn't get were out of stock so they then give me some money back which was ok. so quick responses and quick solutions
