It broke in Just 2 weeks its categorie thats why 2 stars but the qaulity is not good the mouth broke very fast but it is bagger than i tought.

Terrible customer service
I placed an order on Nov.29.
I did not receive the confirmation email that my package has been shipped until December 23rd when I finally reached out to the company to ask what was going on as this was a Christmas gift order.
Their policy reads:
Orders being processed and ship within: 2-5 business days.
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days.
I did not receive my order until January 2nd. I have reached out to the company 3 times regarding this matter and have not gotten any response. Terrible customer service.
