The Reading branch closed suddenly without preparing customers, I have 109£ credit topped on my account and gloden are not replying to emails. Phone line has been disabled.

Never ever would I return to this awful tanning salon. The place was filthy – tanning beds clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned, and hygiene was clearly not a priority. I was disgusted to see staff reusing the same old bin bags because they were short on supplies. Totally unhygienic.
They hadn’t had stock delivered in weeks, and it showed. The sanitiser was basically just water – completely ineffective. I felt so dirty afterwards I had to go home and bath in Dettol just to feel clean again.
To make things worse, the staff seemed to have no proper knowledge of the tanning industry. One even admitted that head office doesn’t communicate with them or their customers. That says it all, really – poor management, poor service, and a total lack of standards.
I’ll be sticking to Consol Tanning from now on – at least they run a clean, professional business. Avoid Gloden at all costs.

"I will put you through to someone" suprise suprise no one answers..... Shocking service. If it ever was to re open I won't be back. Extremely unreliable and they have taken my £60 ... I want my money!!!!!!

writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of communication regarding the opening hours of your Keynsham shop. This morning, I arrived at the shop at 8:45 am only to wait until 9:20 am, assuming the opening time was at the usual 9:00 am. This was not the first time this has occurred, as a similar situation happened last Sunday morning.
I find it completely unacceptable that there was no notice or sign on the door to inform customers that the shop would not be opening until 11:00 am we came back at 10:50 and called customer service told manager will be there at 11am then we rang at 11:10 told they are on their way still not here at 11:28 As a valued customer, I believe clear and transparent communication regarding opening hours is essential for a positive customer experience.
During my phone call to your customer service representative, I was advised to email in order to discuss the possibility of compensation for the inconvenience caused by this oversight. They read the emails and Facebook messages and do not answer

Amazing staff & beds
Fantastic state of the art beds, knowledgeable and kind staff, always clean, always welcomed with great customer service. A shout out to the blonde lady with tattoos I think Symone and dark haired lady with glasses I think Claud. All staff are fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Hereford for a tanning session.

Merthyr Gloden
I have been visiting Gloden in Merthyr for a while now and felt I had to write a review.
The place is spotless and the girls are phenomenal there. Nikita has been amazing every visit I don’t know how she keeps track of all the beds and people but she does and she is incredible! It’s a large busy salon.
Beds are thoroughly wiped down and I watch the girls deal with customers- they give advice when asked and are so polite patient and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service thank you Merthyr Gloden xx

Disgusting business practices... Can't use the sunbeds without registering a stupid amount of information with them, and have to agree to let them share them information with whoever they feel like.
Then they want to take a photo to put on your membership.. NO THANK-YOU!! THIS IS A SERIOUS INVASION OF MY PRIVACY.
Their stupid reasoning is in case someone under 18 wants to use my account, but seeing as I had to have a 6 digit pin number to register, I know for a fact that this is absolute nonsense.
Are they a Chinese or American company?? All I know is they wanted as much information on me as possible, including personal medical details!!
So seeing as I'm not even one for selfies, or profile pictures on my social media, why on earth would I let some company I've never heard of, have a photo of me, when I look at my worst too, seeing as I was about to have a sunbed session, so hair scraped back with minimal makeup.
Actually would not do this even if I was looking my best. Rang the head office to complain and they didn't even have the courtesy to return my call.
Don't trust that they don't still have my details on file... NOT HAPPY.
Thankfully found a lovely salon who offers sunbeds, with no stupid photo demands, or in depth medical info, and even though there further away from us, they are welcome to our business (seeing as I was with another family member, that's at least 2 of us)!!!

went to the Filton tanning centre tonight, 2 very rude members of staff, especially the older brunette lady made me feel very unwelcome in the shop definitely do not recommend this place.
