Quick delivery, great product.

I ordered two lights, one being a gift. I got one light pretty quickly. I had to ask where the other light was. First I was told that both lights were sent in the same box but I knew that wasn’t correct and I had the packing slip showing that only one was sent. Then I was told that the other light was being shipped separately. It just seems to me inefficient to ship the same, small light in two shipments.

The light is very nice. I recently started cross stitch and this light illuminates perfectly while being so light weight. It keeps a charge for a long time, much longer than my neck light that I already have. I would highly recommend this light for reading and crafting.

Quality made neck light. I’ve bought a couple from Glocusent over the years and they all have been dependable - people borrow them and don’t bring them back.

This is my second purchase. I was happy with the first book light so I ordered another. The second one won’t turn on and won’t hold a charge. When I plug it on to charge it seems to be charging but if I remove it from the charger it dies .

I wouldn't give any star if that was possible ! I ordered a neck light for a Christmas present in early December giving it plenty of time to get to my home. I was told I'd get an email from the Glocusent company as to the delivery updates - never heard from them. Then I get an email to "review" my product which I never received. I checked the tracking number only to find out my order was deemed "undeliverable" it looked like it never left their facility. When I inquired I was not given a reason why it could not be delivered. If I had not checked into my order they would have never contacted me. I hope I don't have to fight for a refund from this loser company and I'm out a Christmas gift.

My order didn't start out that well. I didn't hear anything back for quite a while so I emailed asking if it had been shipped. At that point I was told my light wasn't available but would I like it in a different colour? I said yes, and received it a few days later. So it all ended well. I also have another Glocusent product which I love. Looking forward to using this new one!

Great Black Friday price, but it was just below the free shipping threshold, if you didn’t buy the case, so I ended up getting a case too.

These lights are perfect for extra light when riding on a plane, reading in the dark, and working puzzles!! My sister, daughter, and granddaughter all love their Glocusent lights, too!

I had a neck light that would not charge. Issy at customer service was so fast and efficient on replacing that unit and because I had purchased it thru Amazon, I had the replacement the next day once she processed my issue. Old time customer service means so much to me!!! Thanks so much!!!

I bought the wrong lamp initially. You kindly refunded the full cost and sais keep it anyway. Theb I bought the better one for me, a piano lamp, and it arrived two days later. Thank you for your consideration. Date is day of receipt for 2nd purchase.
