I had a problem connecting my laptop to the GlocalMe plan when I was overseas. However the 24/7 service on it’s app is prompt and very helpful. And my problem was resolved!

GlocalMe is nothing more than a "money grab," as the GlocalMe plans are costly. I tried using GlocalMe several times in various African countries and was extremely disappointed with the outcome. I would not recommend this device. This device is TRASH! Not easy to navigate either.

The modems are great and pretty reliable. I have travelled throughout Europe and Canada and had a very good experience. I have found however that the cost is climbing. I am in Mallorca and chewed through a 5GB package rather quickly, 4 days, and had to add another €20 euro package to my account. That is €40 euro for 10GB. Also the data usage seems to accelerate to zero quite unexpectedly. I have reported this to GM.

I tried another product & had a horrible experience with the device & customer service. So when I found Glocal, I read reviews & ALL of the fine print. So I bought it. I love it and am already recommending it to fellow travelers & colleagues.

I purchased the unicord the device has trouble staying connected to my cell phone. The device is not free range it must be plugged in phone in order to work. That keeps me stuck in one spot.

Great service! Honest and kind customer support. I've never used my device to travel with it and it's free 365 days plan expired. The cs brought it back to me for additional 180 days. Thank you very much guys.

GlocalMe customer service is excellent and fast using WhatsApp. I am a new customer and I got helped understanding how to use the app to get
to my purchased packages. I travelled to the Philippines from US and have what I need.

I like the hotspot and cord all in one is great.

This is the first time I got an associate who understood what I needed and supplied the answers I was looking for. She was very patient and took her time to explain what I was looking for. She is a definite asset to your company and she should be used to teach others. This is the first time I did not leave frustrated. Kudos to her.

Never have any problems using Glocalme, but this time I needed to upgrade the device as I received a message when ordering new data that a G3 would most likely not work in many countries.
I did a quick check and most of Europe has already stopped supporting the 3g network. I went to the Glocalme web site and and started a web chat to check if a data package I was ordering could be transferred from the old device to the new device. Lorraine very quickly confirmed that it was possible and what steps I needed to do. Problem solved.

Lorraine responded immediately to the request for help, she was very patient about the fact that my English is terrible and she was able to give me all the information I needed to choose the product I need to buy.
