Ordered a dvd and have received nothing. Cannot contact them as invalid email address

Absolutely shocking company, total scam artists. Just like everyone here I too ordered what I thought was a DVD, but got an email with a download link, definitely not going to open that!
Wish had seen reviews beforehand. Emails and phone calls just ignored.
I will be reporting these criminals.

Advertised as a dvd and its just a knockoff download. Reported to trading standards as a scam and appropriate action being taken. Buy cheap, you buy twice. JP

Thought I was ordering a physical DVD nowhere does it say that this was a download

I saw a photo of a physical dvd (dvd box cover) on their website and ordered a dvd.i received an email with a download link.nowhere did it say it was a download on the website.messaged them asked for a refund or a physical dvd, as it was a present for a friend.they said they don't do refunds on digital items.i have been conned.not happy with globsaltore.con merchants.

Wow, I'm another who has been scammed. I purchased what I thought was a set of DVDs. The advert said :
1. "... on 19 discs"
2. "19 discs"
3. "Availability : In stock"
4. "Brand New"
The email says "Free shipping" and "shipping to .... my home address"
There is ZERO MENTION of downloads
I asked for refund but was told there can be no refund on digital items.
I then decided to download but it requires me to sign up to a.n.other site ie. "Box", but won't go there, don't trust anything any longer with this lot.

Same story as everyone else - scammed into buying a download link rather than an actual DVD, which according to their very own Shipping Conditions, was going to be securely packaged and delivered to my home address. From their very name (which is NOT "Global Store") to their web pages (which show images of the actual DVDs which you are fooled into buying but then not sent) these people are patent fraudsters. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately cannot give minus stars...Scammers and to add insult to injury taken my money and haven't even confirmed my order..stay way away from this band of thieves

Do not even deserve a 1 star I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering! This so called company is an absolute joke do not order. I purchased a DVD box set for my grandparents and nothing came so I emailed them to be told I had bought a link to stream it absolutely appalling false advertisement and just conning people! I was told it was "simple" to use the "downloads" which is impossible for my elderly grandparents who do not have wifi or smart tv etc no refund given and now my emails are just being ignored. Disgrace! Do not fall for this con!

AVOID. They had photos of a dvd, no mention of any download. Said product would be shipped. After purchase when I queried where my dvd was I was told I'd bought a download and couldn't cancel the order. I showed screenshots to evidence I was right. They offered a refund and asked how I paid. Once I responded I never heard from them again. I have sent about 5 emails now and have been completely ignored with no refund. Awful. Avoid.

SCAMMERS - Further to a previous review; never received anything, couldn't get in touch with them. Reported to Trading Standards. Contacted 159 fraud line to bank to get them blocked on my debit card - Told the company is registered in DENMARK (not Kentish Town, London as per or address). Bank has refunded me, but that has impact on my bank. Only just realised the spelling is GLOBSAL - not Global ..... Hope this information helps.

This company are absolutely awful and should be ashamed of themselves for stealing. They need to be prosecuted and won’t flourish in the end. I needed a physical DVD for a group of adults with special needs. Please don’t use them and read reviews. I have wasted £6.99

This company are total scammers . Avoid them at all costs .
I purchased DVDs as a present for my elderly mother .They sent me a download !!
When I looked at the refund policy I found I was entitled to a full refund but after 5 e mails requesting one I have still had no response !
I wish I’d read reviews prior to buying from them .

It's most frustrating that to write a review 1 star has to be awarded to such a scheming bunch of thieves. Advertise DVDs but as others have said its a download. Request delivery address for 'free postage' to lure you into the idea you are actually receiving a physical item. I've requested a refund under misrepresented goods which they initially agreed to but are now backtracking on. AVOID!!

I to ordered blu ray disc box set from Globsalstore uk. To find out you download your movies. They are not selling dvd's disc with movie
on . They do not present their Web site has a movie digital download site . You only find this out when you get your conformation email. I feel something is very wrong here, I will even go as far to say its possible illegal . The web address they give is a terraced house in a street again very strange. I do think the tradeing standards should be looking into Globsalstore uk. I have asked for my money back, they refused at first but after a few more emails they are now saying they will refund.

Globsalstore misrepresent the DVD’s & Blu ray films they are inticing the public to purchase.As soon as these products are paid for ,you find later that you have purchased (Downloads),and not what you expect.They do not refund and are a complete S..c..a..m.I am surprised that they are not investigated and removed from advertising on the internet.Google etc should be removing these outfits.WARNING:Do Not Use!!!
