I paid for three months of alleged vetted job searches; the filters I apply do not work at all- not even for what jobs to exclude! Also, I see i.e 130 jobs found but there are jobs that are posted in the listing up to 10 times in a row and do not match my filters included in those "130". Also, the "tailored resume" feature is subpar: free editions of AI tailor the resume better-for free! Very poor features is a way to describe this site- job board. I will certainly NOT extend the subscription.

I purchased an initial 30 day subscription using a misspelled email address. I reached out to support and they responded quickly and immediately figured out the issue. The Global Work team executed a refund to resolve the situation. I will sign up again but be a little more careful with my typing.

This company will continue to charge your account after you submit and receive confirmed cancellation requests. Highly recommend screenshotting and saving all account activity as they won’t send you anything

Whatever you do, if you don't find a job in a month be sure you know the date and cancel because they will NOT refund you. They will fight you tooth and nail. I have never encountered a business when you tell them you're not satisfied they don't give you a refund. They will send you screenshots of searches and show all the positions and go to great lengths to keep your money. I didn't give them 1 star because there are some good options of jobs. You really do have to fish through them and apply to a lot. Its the customer service or lack there of that I am not pleased with

Most People search part-time/remote jobs because financial issues, to get news from this site you need to pay and wait for their email attacks.

The UI was cluttered with so many things that made it difficult to navigate the pages. Most of the job listings were outdated, didn’t offer remote work in my area, and were sometimes out of my experience/education level; even though the app asks for all of that information and says it would ‘tailor’ the jobs it shows you based off of your answers. I signed up for a trial and was charged for the renewal. Well, since I didn’t use it due to the aforementioned issues, I requested a refund within the same hour I was charged and now they’re giving me the run around and going back and forth. Do not recommend, there are tons of other services that are much better and cheaper.

It is very helpful to have all the global and domestic jobs in one setting. But I wish we could filter it by date. But overall, it's a very user friendly app.

It’s a scam. Don’t fall for it or pay for it. They don’t deliver what they promise and their prices are ridiculous as well. I am an actual person about to graduate college, looking for jobs and I fell for it and am now trying to cancel and dispute the transaction through my credit card company. Don’t fall for it!!!

Not very impressed. If you have disabilities, this site is not very accessible or easy to utilize. There is no side scroll bar, so you cannot scroll down to read the job descriptions. in order to view the job descriptions, you have to reduce your screen zoom to 30%... so it is too small to read. They also keep matching me jobs that have nothing to do with my actual skill set, and jobs that I am not even close to being qualified for. It is also expensive, and it does not offer a free trial period. One good thing I can report is that the company refunded my payment and assisted with canceling my subscription.

I paid for Globalwork.ai for a couple weeks. The platform is not great for job hunting and I feel like I got better results from other sites that did not cost. I have been trying to get a refund for a couple of weeks now and I just keep getting the same response, to tell them why I am requesting a refund, which I have done. I feel like it could be a good job search platform, eventually but it is not there yet.

Edit: they did refund my order which was greatly appreciated.
