My payment appeared on my bank…

My payment appeared on my bank statement as Global Tour Services, but the transaction was actually for an online gambling website. In my experience, the payment descriptor did not accurately reflect the nature of the transaction. I raised this with the company and requested a refund, but this was refused.
I have reported the matter to my bank and relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities for investigation. Consumers should be aware that, based on my experience, payments processed under "Global Tour Services" may not clearly identify the underlying gambling transaction.
