My order was handed over to the shipping company (turns out they lost it), but tracking has shown that it was not picked up from Globaltools yet. When I contacted customer service they answered promptly and resent my order the same day which arrived without issues in the coming days.

What a disaster customer service they have. Ordered a band saw which got security switch broken just after few pushes, requested a repair/spare, everything was ok until that point. Was told I'dd get one, but after 4 months still haven't got any.
They say that it's been already sent and I haven't picked it up, but haven't got any notification or anything that I should pick something.
Have got really harsh feedback from their customer service that they don't want to spend anymore time to deal this thing and I have screwed things.. Luckily I know that the ARN is my last option to get things sorted and that means even more time to spend from their end.
Anyways I hope you all the bad things in business.
