The prices are good, however delivery took much longer than expected. Once I received the item, parts of it did not fit together as they should have and the paint was scratched and damaged.

In this case it seems that you have received a faulty product or at least one that does not live up to your expectations.
If the matter needs to be addressed further, we kindly ask you to reach out to us by email, stating your issues and at best also provide us with pictures showing us what you actually received.
Then, our job is to look into the matter and find a solution which will prove satisfactory for all parties.
