To foster true inclusivity, we should encourage recruiters to embrace remote work models. This would allow qualified individuals in Africa, like myself, to contribute to the sports industry by analyzing games like the Premier League and submitting their work remotely. The widespread availability of sports broadcasts through platforms like DSTV and Bein Sports makes remote work in this field entirely feasible.
