Agility and practicality of the agents

Customer non service. They advertised that they ship dangerous goods, but they don’t they hold your product then run you in endless circles around the chat. The phone number and face time options don’t work and nobody answers emails, so you are forced onto the chat circle.
Dangerous goods can be as simple as perfume etc so beware what you order. They also won’t answer your questions as to why they won’t do as they advertise, regarding shipping these products. They just keep changing the subject hoping that you will go away. Then they send you an email saying they will destroy your goods…. Keep it for themselves more likely. This companies advertising is shameless, misleading and totally false. They should be prosecuted.

Blogal is very good, one of the best or the best, the purchases do not take long and arrive as described.

My package which I was returning under number 2441287281 was stolen by globalshpaholics.usps tracking number showed that they didn't receive it and global shop made nothing and gave no compensation

It's been my first time using Global Shopsholics services, so it was a bit overwhelming and confusing as I was totally unfamiliar with the UI of their website, logistic procedures, etc. and I must admit I got initially angry because it took several working hours before my package got added to my account after delivery, but the customer service and the chat online with Ray Wilson was worth the waiting.
