Thank you so much Mo Miah. I was struggling to get sorted with my new card reader and with a show coming up I was getting frustrated and had given up on using it. Mo noticed that I hadn’t got it up and running yet since he was my account manager & despite me being busy with other stuff, he was patient & talked me through the issues I was having with updates etc. The card reader eventually worked and I’m all set for the show. I feel more relaxed that I have it sorted now. Really appreciate all your help Mo! Thank you. Great customer experience!

Azizi has been outstanding

Azizi has been outstanding. I recently changed my business name and had ongoing issues with my payment machines, and Azizi stepped in immediately to resolve everything with impressive speed and efficiency. Azizi coordinated the replacement terminals, kept me updated throughout, and turned a stressful situation into a smooth process. Always bright, cheerful and professional, Azizi is a real credit to Global Payments. I’m genuinely grateful for the support.

website does not load - call center not open

website does not load, so call them (a multimillion £ multinational B2B company) Our offices are open mon-friday 0900-1800.
So lets just assume on that basis that all business operate only in those hours and not on weekends. Genuinely sick of these very profitable companies running with zero carbon life forms so when you actually do need to speak to someone, its a jump through hoops game.

Really Helpful and Friendly Support

Charlie at Global Payment was super friendly and easy to talk to. Really took the time to walk me through everything about the terminal and made sure I understood how it all works. No rush, no pressure — just genuinely helpful support.
Honestly, couldn’t ask for better. Definitely recommend!

Great product and customer service

Charlie made everything easy, from setting up and verifying us as customers, to making sure our readers were connected and updated!
The process was easy and the online portal offers much more than we realised and although not specific to our current needs we as a club may look towards these benefits in the future.

Customer care is prioritised at Global

The organisation is clearly prioritising customer care and support. I'm a micro business who has struggled to get set up with POS elsewhere - Global Pay, represented by Rosie Murray, was superb. Gently persistent, helpful, kind, expert and intelligent support; underpinned by a very good product offer - a fair fee (lowest on the market) and a simple card reader at low cost supported by both an intuitive mobile app AND a smart desktop platform which I will use as pay-as-you-go. I couldn't ask for more - I'm really satisfied with the product /concept and grateful for such professionalism and expertise from Rosie and Hiral Bhutiya in sales support. Thank you - you are lucky to have such super staff - value them Global!

Thank You Mobu

Great company and friendly staff

I have been talking with Charlie Sweeney regarding setting up my business to take mobile payments. Right from the initial chat, he has been so professional and patient with me. I am not that tech savvy, but Charlie guided me through the set-up of the card reader and we made a practice payment so I was confident that the system would work when I first used it. Would not hesitate to recommend Global Payments to anyone. Thanks

From the start of enquiring online to chatting to one lady, to the set up by Charlie (Sweeney) was amazing. Our business was set up with a card reader in no time at all.
