Buying with a credit card two charges appeared at the same time from "Joergen Jensen" and "Samuel Choisy" NOT from globalparts.es. My bank caught it right away and blocked the charges. Emailed support and got what seems like a hacker that told me to retry again even after three emails where I explained that this was stupid. Then calling their number +34 518 900 587, it answers, plays music for 20 seconds then disconnects.

DO NOT USE THEM. They seem to have been hacked and are perhaps not aware. Only use them after or IF the problem has been resolved.

I´m very happy with the seat I purchased. The shipping was surprisingly fast, arriving in less than a week. On top of that, the item was very well-packaged and protected.

What impressed me the most was their customer service. The seat had a minor defect, but they handled it immediately and offered me compensation without any hassle. They are fast and efficient. I will definitely buy from them again!!

Estoy muy satisfecho con la compra de mi asiento. El envío fue sorprendentemente rápido; me llegó en menos de una semana. Además, el paquete venía muy bien protegido y envuelto.

Lo que más destacaría es su atención al cliente: el asiento tenía una pequeña tara, pero se pusieron en contacto conmigo de inmediato y me ofrecieron una compensación sin poner ninguna pega. Un equipo rápido y eficiente. Sin duda, volveré a comprarles!!!
