Satisfied at First, Deeply Disappointed Later
With regret, I have to leave a negative review.
Even though they sell licenses as new, if you decide to save them for later use, you may later discover that they have already been activated. This means that either they were used directly by them, or someone who supplied the licenses to them resold the same licenses to another customer. However, that should not be my concern as a customer — I paid for a new and unused license and expect to receive exactly that.
At first, I was satisfied and everything worked without issues, but over time I discovered that almost all licenses purchased through GlobalESD had already been activated. As a result, I lost a significant amount of money across multiple orders.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to leave or edit reviews for some of those orders, so I will summarize this experience in all reviews where it is still possible, so that other customers can have a complete picture of my experience.
What I also find concerning is that the seller now appears to be trying to create the impression that these licenses may have been purchased elsewhere. To make this absolutely clear: for every single order, I have an invoice issued directly by GlobalESD, and all licenses were purchased exclusively through the website globalesd.com.
For example, today I discovered that the key TUD2-X118583084-B73A, which they sold to me under order number 11548, had already been activated on April 7, 2026 under the name Austin Choa**, who appears to be one of their U.S. customers. My own customers are exclusively from Slovakia and the Czech Republic, so everyone can draw their own conclusions.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

You did not purchase these licenses directly from our website (GlobalESD). As we demonstrated to you with clear evidence during our correspondence, you purchased these keys from an individual third-party seller on WhatsApp. This seller was acting completely independently and is not affiliated with GlobalESD, nor are they an authorized representative of our company.
We explicitly proved to you beyond any doubt that this was a third-party transaction. Because these licenses were not purchased through our official website, we have no visibility into how that seller obtained or handled those keys, nor can we take responsibility for their business practices, including reselling previously activated licenses.
Our clear policy—which we shared with you—is that we only honor and guarantee license keys that are purchased directly through our official website. For direct customers, we strictly provide new, unused, and guaranteed licenses.
While we understand your frustration with the seller you engaged with on WhatsApp, it is inaccurate to attribute that experience to our company. We have done everything possible to assist you in identifying the true source of your purchase.
If you have ever made a direct purchase from GlobalESD.com that has an issue, please provide that order number, and we will resolve it immediately. Otherwise, we strongly advise all future customers to purchase only through our official website to avoid third-party reseller issues.
Buyer Beware!
I ordered CCleaner from Global ESD for only $11.95 and although it installed without any apparent issue, the licensing doesn’t go through the standard CCleaner process and the license key isn’t recognized by the CCleaner website, so it’s not actually registered with them.
The day after purchasing this item with my credit card I got a message from my bank denying a request for attempting to purchase cryptocurrency with my credit card. I’ve never had anything to do with cryptocurrency.
I smell a rat here. I can’t prove anything, but I’m very suspicious and I encourage people to avoid deals that seem too good to be true, and just purchase software through legitimate channels.
Before trusting Global ESD for any software purchase, contact the actual vendor and ask them if they are aware of this company selling their products.
I also noticed a significant number of system errors associated with the CCleaner program. I uninstalled it.

License not recognized on CCleaner website:
I wasn't attempting to activate the license; I was trying to verify my license by entering my email address on the license-lookup link on the CCleaner website. Which resulted in the following message:
"Sorry, we can't find a license associated with that email address. Please make sure this is the email address you used when you made your purchase, and that you entered it correctly."
Cryptocurrency charge on your credit card:
I wasn't accusing Global ESD of the suspicious charge, I just thought it was a bit suspicious that it occurred shortly after using this same credit card for this purchase.
System errors with CCleaner:
I didn't contact you with this issue, because I didn't think you provided technical support for CCleaner.
How can you sell this for $11.95, while the exact same thing cost $34.95 directly from CCleaner?

First, our records show that you purchased the software in October 2025, yet you are leaving this review now – more than 7 months later. During that entire time, you never contacted Global ESD support to report any issue with the license key, installation, or system errors. We always encourage customers to reach out directly so we can help resolve any problems immediately.
Regarding the license: the key was successfully registered on the same day of your purchase and remains valid. It expires in October 2026. We will email you a copy of your license certificate to the address you used at checkout as proof of its legitimacy.
As for your credit card and the cryptocurrency attempt: Global ESD uses Stripe for all payment processing. Stripe is one of the most secure and trusted payment gateways in the world, fully PCI compliant, and does not initiate any cryptocurrency transactions. We have no access to your card details, and we certainly do not buy cryptocurrency with customer cards. The charge you saw likely came from a different source – we recommend checking with your bank and reviewing other recent purchases.
We think there may be some confusion here, but we genuinely want to help. If you are still experiencing any problems, please contact our support team directly and we will assist you in resolving the licensing or performance issues immediately.

First-time experience with the company…
First-time experience with the company was all good: purchasing an AV from Global ESD at a good price, the transaction was quick and easy, the first download and installation as good as I ever had with an online digital purchase.
But the reason for wanting to write a five-star review is something that seems unique for a new, small-fry customer: when I ran into a problem with getting the AV for a second device, I clicked on the email Help button - usually pointless for other companies - and received instant, effective help.
Yesterday, I didn't know what Global ESD is, today I am a big fan and a returning customer. Kudos!

ESD License for ESET NOD32 Antivirus
Bought a 3-device, 3-year ESET NOD32 Antivirus license subscription; I'm always careful with (online) retailers/resellers I haven't used before, so I took time to read recent reviews. Anyway, the activation key got delivered pretty fast (3 minutes after PayPal payment), and the software activated successfully (3 devices until 2029). Very pleased!!
